THURSDAY UPDATE ON COLOR OF PASSION EPISODE 92
The Old:
-Mario tells Magda that he loves her and she’s all he needs—kids or no kids.
-Lucia makes Nora happy by telling her she went out to eat with Roman. Nora then shares the gossip that Alfredo is an old acquaintance of Rebeca’s.
-Rebeca admits to Alfredo her sick jealousy of her sister Adriana, and her even sicker game of abusing her name.
The New:
Rebeca tries to use her feminine wiles on Alfredo, to distract him from the fact that she just admitted to being a perverse, cheating succubus, who has used and sullied her dead sister’s name to troll for men for over two decades. She slithers up to him, and drapes herself on him. “If I had stayed with you, and not returned to Puebla, my life would have been very different. I could never forget you.”
He allows her to lay a kiss on him for half a second, but then abruptly breaks it off. “You think I believe that?” He points out that she deceived him AND Federico, while using her sister’s name. He even accuses her of killing Fede. Rebeca denies it, pointing out that Federico put a bullet into his own head, and starts marching out.
“Well, his mother thinks you did.” He wonders what Marcelo, her niece and her daughter would think. Rebeca points out that Marcelo already knows and hasn’t done anything. Does her daughter also know? Rebeca starts to panic. “No! And she can’t find out! She’s the only thing important to me.” Alfredo leaves the threat in the air as Rebeca exits his apartment-- “We’ll be seeing each other, I have no doubt.” After she leaves, he wipes her cooties and blood red lipstick off his lips.
Clara shows up for her first day working at Normita’s house. Normita pays her in advance for her work, since Lalo says she’s trustworthy. She leaves Clara her work number, in case she needs anything.
Marcelo has breakfast with Rafaela and tells her about seeing Lucia with that damn (dichoso) Dr. Andrade the evening before. Rafa admits that she saw the infamous hugging photo. Marcelo’s resigned-- “At least he seems to be a good person and really seems to care about her…With him, she won’t have the kind of problems she had with me.” He asks after Mili and learns that the Momster left early. Rafaela has no idea if she went to the hospital. “Your mother can be mysterious.”
And indeed, no one would suspect where she is and with whom. She’s meeting Lucia at an outdoor café, and is rude from the moment Lucia arrives.
She intended to stand Lucia up, but her curiosity won out, she tells Lucia. “I don’t trust you or anyone in your family. Your dad seemed like the only decent one…Why did you want to see me?” “Is it true you saw my aunt in the church the day my dad died?” Mili tells her that she’s not sure, but thinks it was between 6 and 7pm. She asks why Lucia is asking, and points out that Marcelo asked her the same thing. “I just wanted to corroborate that my aunt was where she said she was.” Lucia politely takes her leave.
Felicia has a sh*t-eating grin on her face as Leticia walks by her. We find out why when Leti goes into her and Sergio’s office. Gloria is lying in wait, sitting at Sergio’s desk. She taunts Leti with a sweater that Sergio supposedly left at her place. She calls Leti a ho who stole HER man. Leti tells her that Sergio is hers now, and she better step off! Gloria tosses the sweater at her and leaves. Meanwhile, Mario asks Sergio for the gossip on him and Leti--Felicia told him. He’s happy for them, but they’ll need to learn to separate work from their private life. He congratulates Sergio. Leti’s a great girl and he’s a great guy.
Marcelo arrives at the hospital and finds Alfredo, but surprisingly, not Milagros. Alfredo tells Marcelo about the investigation Mili asked him to conduct, and that he discovered Rebeca is the mystery woman and that Marcelo knows. Why doesn’t he want his mother to know? Marcelo knows Mili is a loose cannon and he really doesn’t want to cause any more trouble. Alfredo agrees to keep it under his hat, for now. Well, now it’s Marcelo’s turn to question Alfredo. He’s heard that he knows Rebeca, by the name Adriana. Al admits that over 20 years ago they had a short affair. This time, he’s the one asking Marcelo to keep this information under his hat.
Amador slimes into Alonso’s office (I refuse to call it Rebeca’s office). Rebeca’s still shaken, remembering her conversation with Alfredo. Amador, oh so casually, mentions the new company, Probadora de Centro, that he thinks they should do business with. [The same company that Al sent Marcelo to investigate, since it seemed fishy to him, and whose contract he cancelled. And the same one that’s really just a shadow company owned by Amador and Ricardo.] He tries to convince Rebeca to sign the contract. “It will be a good business for us. I’ll bring you the contract to review.” Rebeca agrees to look at it, then demands to know if Amador fired Ricardo and hired a new lawyer. “Yep, just like you asked.”
Leti gives Gloria just what she wanted, and takes her jealousy and insecurity out on Sergio and tosses the sweater in his face. Sergio tries to calm her down and says he’ll speak to Gloria about backing off. Then he warns Leti to tone the shrieking down, or they both might get fired. “Well, put that beyotch in her place!”
Normita’s MIA from the front desk when Lucia passes by. The phone rings so Lucia answers, but neither she nor Clara identify themselves by name. Lucia quickly passes the phone to Normita so that Clara can ask her where the bleach (el cloro) is. Clara then calls her comadre to ask if she’s arrived at her place yet. She urges her to hurry so that Benito’s not home alone for too long.
Milagros finally arrives at the hospital, and casually tells Marcelo that she was with his “beloved” Lucia. Marcelo’s annoyed she’s pestering Lucia. “She’s the one who wanted to see me!” She tells him about Lucia asking about Rebeca’s alibi. Marcelo’s surprised and wants more details. Mili wonders why it’s so important, and why he also asked her the same questions. Alfredo’s return to the waiting room saves Marcelo from thinking up an excuse. He tells them that Dani hasn’t woken up yet, and he’s worried. But Marcelo’s too lost in thought to really listen.
Lucia goes to see Rod in his office to apologize for being rude the day before. He accepts her apology and once again says he’s there for her. Lucia’s cell phone rings, and she pauses, contemplating whether to pick up when she sees it’s Marcelo. Rod has the nerve to act like a jealous boyfriend, and demands to know if it’s her new suitor, the one Nora told him about. Way to blow a nice moment, Rod! Lucia’s all, EXCUUUUSE ME?!! “I don’t have ANY reason to speak about that with you! In fact, I don’t even have a reason to come here to apologize.”
The Baby Fever has hit Magda hard, and she’s hanging out in the maternity ward looking at babies in their cage-bassinets in the nursery. She runs into Sara, who is having a down moment, thinking about Alonso. “I can’t stop thinking about Alonso and his sudden death, and…It’s not fair that he died so soon. He should have lived many more years!” She sobs, then, embarrassed by her tears, leaves quickly.
Clara’s comadre arrives at her house and finds Benito gone. She calls Clara and they panic together. Meanwhile, Benito, who looks like he’s used up every bit of strength in his sickly body, arrives at the police station and asks a female detective for Detective Ramos. They both realize that the additional trip up the stairs is NOT going to happen, so the detective has him wait while she gets Ramos. While he’s waiting, Benito sees a poor woman being dragged in by two officers, begging and crying, protesting her innocence. He turns white with fright. By the time the female detective brings Ramos, Benito’s long gone.
Lalo checks in with Normita to see if Clara showed up that morning, and tells her about Clara’s sick son, Benito. His illness has affected his ability to walk, and sometimes he has trouble breathing, but the doctors can’t diagnose what’s wrong with him. They both feel for them.
Amador tells Rod to reactivate the contract with Probadora de Centro, that Alonso already cancelled, but with new/current dates. Rod is not in agreement. He points out that if Rebeca finds out that Probadora de Centro is really Amador’s business, she’ll have his head! Amador says she won’t find out, because his name isn’t anywhere on the paperwork. He orders Rod to keep his mouth shut and prepare the contract!
Milagros and Alfredo are having a coffee in the hospital—Mili is jabbering away, while Alfredo is lost in thought. He asks her what she intends to do when she finally finds the mystery woman who messed with Fed’s head. “I’m going to give her a taste of her own medicine.” (hacer pagar con la misma moneda) Al looks alarmed as Mili continues that she’s going to make that woman’s life hell. He points out that Federico took his own life, right? “But she provoked it!” She asks if he’s heard anything back from the investigator. “Nope, not yet. I would have told you.”
Marcelo barges into Lucia’s storage-room-office, loaded for bear. “You refuse to answer my calls, so I had to come see you.” Lucia says they have nothing to talk about. Marcelo gets even more agitated and demands to know why she was asking his momster about Rebeca’s alibi. When Lucia tells him she found Plot Earring, he gets practically hysterical. “Why didn’t you tell me?!!” Dude! I was going to tell you when you got out of jail, but you went all drama queen, broke up with me, and ran off! She explains where the earring was found, and that she believes that Rebeca definitely saw her father that evening, even if they can’t be certain she had something to do with his death directly. But if she has nothing to hide, why is she so concerned about her alibi? Marcelo insists they have to get to the bottom of this, so that he can clear his name. She once again tells him that she already no longer blames him for her father’s death.
Rodrigo strolls into Lucia’s closet-office and once again acts like a possessive boyfriend. He gets into Marcelo’s face and tells him he has no business being there. He reminds Marcelo that there’s a legal process currently against him and threatens to call security. Lucia puts her foot down. “You’re not going to call anyone! Marcelo was already leaving.” Marcelo asks Lucia to keep him informed, and she nods in agreement. By the time Rod gets around to telling her he has something important to tell her, she’s not in the mood to hear it.
Clara and her comadre are in mid-panic at Clara’s place, when Benito finally arrives home. Clara scolds him for scaring her like that. He admits he went to the police station to tell them she didn’t do anything wrong, but he never spoke to anyone. Clara loses it. “OK. You’re right. Let’s go right now! Let them put me in jail!... What do you want to happen?!” “For them to not treat you like a murderer! Not you.” Benito starts crying and limps away, and Clara weeps.
Lucia pays Brigida a surprise visit. “Hola, nena! What a surprise. You look divine, as always! I just made cookies. Want some?” Lucia turns down the delicious offer of cookies, and gets right to asking about Rebeca’s alibi. Brigida goes into great detail about Rebeca’s surprise visit to apologize, and how she was a nervous wreck. Why? She was having problems with your father, because of that Sara Ezquerra. What time did she arrive? “Maybe around 8? No it had to be later, because Amador and I had already eaten. It had to be around 9pm then.” That’s all Lucia needed to hear, and she thanks Brigida and leaves in a fog. “Marcelo was right. She had time to see my father.”
Nazario goes to the front desk looking for Lucia, but Normita doesn’t know where she is. Naz turns to leave, then turns back and very formally asks Norma out to dinner that evening.
Marcelo meets with Mario in his office for an update on his case. He’s impatient to leave Puebla, or at least to be able to work. Mario acknowledges that it will be hard to get a job with the pending case against him, and offers to check if any of his clients have an opening. Marcelo runs into Leti on his way out, who tells him that she’s tried to talk sense into Lucia about breaking up with him, but she’s stubborn. Marcelo admits he just saw Lucia. Their conversation gets interrupted by a call from Rafaela. Felicia’s been listening in so hard on their conversation, that it looks like she’ll need a neck brace. Rafa tells Marcelo that she needs help with a big problem, right away!
Lucia goes to confession with Padre Samuel. She confesses that she hates her aunt Rebeca and wishes her ill. She asks for forgiveness-- she feels bad about it, but she can’t help feeling this way. Padre Sam asks why she feels this hate. “Because she took my mother’s place; because she turned the only sister I have against me; and because she killed my father.” These are grave accusations, says the Padre. “I know. But, I have proof. The problem is, I can’t say anything because I don’t want to hurt my sister. Please help me! Tell me what I should do.” Lucia’s in tears, and Padre Samuel looks like he’s about to be too.
Brigida calls Rebeca at home and tells her about Lucia’s visit and questions about her alibi. I told her what time you came to see me—that was ok, right? Rebeca politely thanks her. But when they hang up, she looks concerned.
The problem Rafa needed help with was Nora, who broke into Marcelo’s apartment, invaded his bedroom, and refuses to leave. The only way to get her out, says Rafa, would be to drag her out by the hair (las greñas). Marcelo says he’ll handle it, and goes into the bedroom.
Nora is looking at the pictures of Federico on the laptop. “How lovely your brother was.” Marcelo snatches the laptop away, and demands to know how she got in. She dangles the keys in his face-- he never did change those locks. Nora says her reason for coming was to set things right with him, since their last interaction left her with a bad taste in her mouth (mal sabor de la boca). Marcelo isn’t interested in fixing anything or in having ANY kind of relationship with her! Nora starts getting screechy and accuses him of being unfair to her. “If you’d let me, I could make you forget all about Lucia.” She lunges at him, latches on to him, and starts sucking on his neck like a vampiric howler monkey.
Marcelo pries her off and tosses her to the bed. “If you’re done now, get the hell out!” Nora tosses the keys to the floor, and continues to screech. “Why can’t you see me as a woman?! Why do you only want Lucia? What does she have that I don’t?! Why is Lucia better than me?!” She then starts tossing breakables to the floor, and Marcelo grabs her. She slaps him so hard he falls onto the bed. Giving her enough time to storm into the living room, screaming how much she hates him, and tossing any breakable she can find. Poor Rafa, who’s been a shocked spectator to this whole thing, tries to protect a lamp and stay out of Hurricane Nora’s way. “What is wrong with that girl?!”
Marcelo chases after Nora out the apartment, trying to rein her in, to no avail. They make it out to the sidewalk in front of the building. She screams at him that he doesn’t care what she feels. They both spot an oncoming car, and after looking at it for a half second, Nora runs TOWARDS it, and flings herself in front of it. She crashes into the windshield and then rolls and lands hard on the ground in front of the stopped car. Marcelo runs to her, calling out her name, but she lies limp on the ground.

Mrs. Bhalla and Amma arguing. Raman and Ishita come there. Ishita cries and stops them, saying judge said why do we want Ruhi back, we requested judge to give us Ruhi, we are a dysfunctional family, you fight for small issues, we will lose Ruhi by our ego. Mrs. Bhalla and Amma say we won’t fight, Ruhi is imp for us. Ishita tells them what judge told her.
She says we can try to get Ruhi and keep her happy, we have to cooperate. Mrs. Bhalla promises they won’t fight, Ruhi will see we stay with love. Mr. Bhalla, Simmi and Vandu also promise, and say we won’t lose Ruhi. Mrs. Bhalla and Amma hug. Simmi and Vandu hug. Ishita smiles. Raman asks what do you want to show by this pretention. Mr. Bhalla says its not a show, come we will go home. Appa says yes, we are
one family now. Mihika asks Romi to come along. Romi refuses and goes. Mihika says you have to come back home one day, I will get you back.
Shagun asks what, we have to win Ruhi’s heart. Mrs. Bhalla says yes, thanks to Mata Rani, judge took right decision, we have to keep Ruhi happy, we won’t have fights, we have to bring Ruhi in this house. Adi says Ruhi thinks our family is dysfunctional, Raman and Ishita have to unite, Ruhi should see we all got together, I think we should get Ishita back. Shagun says it will be awkward, she moved on, her life is in Australia, I don’t think this is right decision. She thinks what about me, what place will I have in Raman’s life. Mrs. Bhalla says Adi said right, Ishita should be back here. Mihika comes and says you are right. She gives Simmi’s phone to her. She says Raman and Ishita should be together for Ruhi, I will convince her. Mr. Bhalla finds Shagun upset.
Mihika goes to Ishita and tries convincing her. Ishita says I left home many years ago, I can’t go there. Mihika says you have to do this for Ruhi’s sake. Ishita says I will talk to you. Raman comes and says Mihika is right. Mihika goes. Raman says we have to stay together for Ruhi, this time we will be staying for Ruhi’s sake, we won’t have any problem or ego, we both know Ruhi is imp for us, we have to do this Ishita, just for Ruhi. She recalls their marriage was also for Ruhi….. She says I will come to stay with you just for Ruhi. He says yes, just for Ruhi. Yeh hai mohabbatein……………plays……………
Adi tells Shagun that this is right. She says it will be so uncomfortable. He says this is best idea to get Ruhi back, think about others, stop thinking just for yourself, Raman and Ishita will decide. She says when Raman and I marry, when Ruhi gets her family, she will come. He says don’t know Ruhi wants to see you and Papa, or Ishi Maa and Papa. He goes. Ishita calls Shagun to fix a meet. Shagun thinks why does Ishita want to meet me.
Mrs. Bhalla asks Neelu to make aarti plate ready, and make badam halwa too. Mr. Bhalla asks her why are you doing this, Ishita is coming for few days, Raman will marry Shagun, don’t dream this false things. She says no, I want to do Ishita’s Grahpravesh. He asks what about Shagun and Pihu. She says don’t worry, help me in arrangements. She goes. He says you haven’t seen Shagun, I know she is not happy with all this.
Ishita meets Shagun and thanks her for handling everything well. She says Adi got so mature, and Pihu is very lovely, its all because of your upbringing. Shagun gets teary eyed and says she was your trust deposit, now she is my world, my daughter, whenever there is tension, everything gets fine seeing her smile, I got everything which I lost, because of her, my identity, family and all, I m feeling insecure because of your coming, its all mine, I think I should go, else I could say that I don’t mean to say. Ishita stops her and says I called you to talk about all this, Shagun I did not come to snatch your place, I wanted to see this, I could see this insecurity in you, trust me, we are helpless, I m coming because of Ruhi, its just for Ruhi.
Shagun leaves. Ishita says how to explain Shagun. Amma hears them. Amma gives coffee to Ishita and is tensed. Ishita tells Amma that its tea. Amma says I m so careless, I will make coffee. Ishita says you are not careless, you are worried, you don’t want me to go to Bhalla house. Amma says yes, you told Shagun you are going for Ruhi’s sake, but I m your mum, I know you love Raman a lot, I can’t see you in pain, if you leave me… Ishita says I won’t go anywhere, I m going there for Ruhi, I have to be strong, you are my strength, please help me, I won’t go anywhere.
Ishita comes to Bhalla house. Mrs. Bhalla stops her at the door and does her aarti. She keeps the kalash and says I told you I will do your Grahpravesh. Ishita cries getting emotional touched. Ishita’s grahpravesh happens. Ishita asks Simmi shall I keep my bags in your room. Mrs. Bhalla says no, you stay in Raman’s room, Ruhi should feel everything got like before. Raman says even Pihu stays here. Mrs. Bhalla says I know what to tell Pihu. Ishita goes to Raman’s room. Shagun looks on teary eyed.
Ishita coming to Raman’s room. She sees the room same like before and thinks of her moments with Raman. Dil kahin rukta nahi……plays………… Ishita cries. Shagun comes there and looks on. She says I came to vacate the cupboard, you need space to put your things. Ishita says no need, I did not come to make my place here, its matter of few days. Raman comes and asks Ishita to keep things in cupboard, no need to keep in bag. Shagun goes. Raman says Shagun and I stay together just for Pihu. Ishita says no need to explain. Raman says you can set room like before, you can sleep on the bed. She nods.
Niddhi comes there and shouts Raman Bhalla. Everyone come there. Raman asks Niddhi to get out. Niddhi sees Ishita and says you came here again, what was the need
to come here, I got to know judge gave you 30 days time to win Ruhi’s heart. Raman asks her to get lost. Niddhi says control your anger, I have a deal, if you want me give this deal, I want 15 crores from you. They get shocked.
Niddhi asks them to take case back, then she will give Ruhi back. Ishita says no need of this nonsense, we will earn our daughter back. Niddhi says stop your drama, one day is lost, your days will end, if you think Ruhi will come here, you are mistaken, Ruhi knows your truth, give me money, so that I can leave from Ruhi’s life, then she won’t have anyone except Bhalla family, decide and tell me. She goes.
Raman gets thinking. Ishita asks Raman are you thinking about her deal, she is a fraud, don’t think this. Raman blames Ishita again and says I will decide for Ruhi. Shagun says Raman is right, we have to give money and get Ruhi, we will take decision, we are Ruhi’s real parents, I m sorry, I did not mean this, I know what Ruhi means for Ishita, its 7 years, Ruhi’s life got complicated, Niddhi lost Ruhaan and money, we have to be careful and do what…. Raman says what Niddhi wants, we will give money and get my daughter back in this house, I will not ask anyone. Elders look on. Niddhi hears all this and goes. Ishita thinks Niddhi is clever, Raman is getting trapped.
Raman makes papers with the lawyer. Mihir says its impossible to arrange money. Raman says I just want my daughter. He sells his bonds. Ishita comes there. Mihir says try to understand, we have to sell our company. Raman says I thought my daughter is dead for 7 years, now I can arrange money anyhow, mortgage the property. Ishita looks on.
Ishita gives them tea. Raman says I m arranging money, I don’t want to hear anything. She says if we could ask Mani for financial help. He says whats wrong with you, you know about Mani, I was buying his company, don’t take tension, Ruhi is my daughter, I will manage. Mihir signs Ishita. Ishita goes.
Its night, Mrs. and Mr. Bhalla read Krishna’s stories for Pihu. Pihu says I know everything, and tells about Yashoda not being Krishna’s real mum and even then loved Krishna a lot. They ask Pihu not to go to Raman, he is working hard to get Ruhi here, sleep with us. Mrs. Bhalla ask her to brush her teeth and sends her.
Ishita tells Neelu that she will take milk for Mrs. Bhalla. Neelu says you are tired too, I will manage. Ishita sends Neelu and cleans kitchen. Mrs. Bhalla comes there to take water and says Ishita is mad. Ishita says I was getting milk for you, I will get water too, go and rest. Mrs. Bhalla says I can see on your face whats going on in your heart, we are still the same, if there is something going in heart, tell me, I will talk to Raman. Ishita says no, I will manage. Mrs. Bhalla says you married for Ruhi’s sake, why can’t you go to Raman’s room for Ruhi’s sake, you both have to look normal, I know its not easy, but my tigress will do this. Ishita goes to room, and thinks to change soon and sleep, before Raman comes. She changes clothes and rests to sleep on the couch. Raman comes to the room, and sees her sleeping. He has back ache and sits. She looks at him. He switches off the lights and rests. He watches cricket. She gets disturbed by the sound, and asks him to lower the volume, did your habit to watch tv at night did not go. He says it won’t go, as someone left me 7 years ago.
Raman says when I was alone and cried for hours in this room, this tv and cricket were with me, when I had no company and did not had anyone to share things, I was like this with my habit. She says I m sorry. He says don’t waste your sorry, I don’t care, I just want my daughter, we are doing this for Ruhi, don’t have any hope, when it breaks, it will just hurt, good night. They both get teary eyed. She sleeps.
Shagun goes to wake up Pihu. She looks for Pihu and sees Ishita teaching Pihu to make dosa. Shagun recalls Ishita’s words. She asks Pihu to come and get ready for school. Pihu says I m learning to make dosa. Ishita says let her be here, I m here, she won’t get harmed. Mihika comes and gives drumsticks to make sambar. Pihu bonds with Ishita. Shagun feels insecure.

Urmi is working in kitchen and she notices their servant is sick. She gives her leave. Shashi asks Urmi why she gave leave.. who will do work now.. Servants act like this so they get leaves. Urmi tells her she doesn’t need her advice and she’s capable of working. She checked herself and she really had fever. She further says they treat servants like family member and reminds her she’s a guest and she should stay like that.
Samrat gives sweets to Damini saying she’s going to become grandmother and he’s going to become a father. Damini gets shocked. Tani comes. Damini asks her why she didn’t tell her that she’s pregnant. Tani also gets shocked. She asks Samrat what is this. Samrat says he saw a dream in morning and those dreams come true. Samrat enjoys
Damini’s tensed face.
Samrat is in gym. The new girl, Kiran, comes there. Samrat avoids her as she had insulted him. To his surprise, she apologises him. Samrat thinks to take advantage and says he will forgive only if she goes for coffee with him. She agrees.
Sandhya is tired of working. She complains to Damini why they had to give leave to servant. Shashi tells them it’s Urmi’s fault. Damini and Sandhya taunt Shashi for sticking there as a guest. Shashi wonders whether they are trying to get all work done by her. Tani comes and says she’s going out with Shashi. She then asks why she didn’t get her juice. Shashi tries to fill her ears against Urmi. Urmi is going outside. Tani stops her and asks who will cook in servant’s absence. Urmi says she has cooked everything and she’s going out for work. She looks at Shashi and says she knows her responsibilities well, no one needs to remind her. She tells Damini she will be back as soon as work is done. Damini lets her go.
Samrat and Kiran chitchat in cafe. Samrat starts impressing her and then he finds out she’s married. He gets disappointed, but then Kiran says her husband is very big businessman and he gives no time to her. Samrat also starts acting that his case is also same. His wife got handicapped after a month of their marriage and now she remains in the bed. There are many servants but when he’s at home, only he takes care of her. Kiran says that’s so good. Otherwise, Tani comes to the same place with Shashi. Samrat thinks he already trapped a rich daughter, now it’s turn of rich wife. He continues since doctor told him that his wife is going to die, he’s dying every day as well.
Precap: Asha calls Urmi and tells her Gaurav is not at home. Tani questions Samrat about Kiran. He gets tensed.

Samrat continues his nonsense to Kiran. Shashi sees him and Samrat gets shocked. Shashi almost takes his name, but stops seeing Samrat dropping spoon and going under the table. Tani looks around, but fails to see Samrat. Samrat gestures Shashi to leave from there. Shashi asks Tani to go from there. Tani asks her why as she just said she is liking that place. She says she wants to leave. Kiran asks Samrat to come out. Tani stops as she hears Samrat. Shashi says she didn’t hear anything and acts of being dizzy. Tani and Shashi leave. Samrat is relieved.
Later, Samrat comes to Shashi and shouts at him. She asks him why he doesn’t leave his habit. If Tani finds out, then they will have to go back to Jhansi. He asks her to mind her own business and tells her that it will be her job to tell him everything that Tani is doing.
Damini calls Tani to her and tells her not to plan kids anytime soon. She asks why when Samrat loves the kids. Damini says after kids, wives get busy with them and husbands lose interest in them. Tani agrees.
Urmi and Ishaan are sleeping. Urmi gets call from Asha late night saying Gaurav is not at home. Urmi wonders where he would go this late. Her and Ishaan come to Gaurav’s house. Asha starts her nonsense about Gaurav doing wrong stuff behind her back. Just then Gaurav enters and he says he wasn’t feeling well, so he went to get medicine.
Samrat is getting ready to go to gym. He sends message to Kiran asking what time she’s coming. He then deletes the message from his phone and praises himself that his name should be Smart. He’s selecting his clothes. Tani comes and right then Kiran’s reply comes. Tani takes the phone. Samrat starts getting worried. He tries to stop her from checking his phone, but she gets serious and asks him to unlock the phone. Samrat got no choice. Tani gets mad after reading the message and questions Samrat who is Kiran. Samrat starts acting how she can doubt it and tells her it’s a guy. Tani says she’s not that big fool. Samrat says there are many names which both girls and guys have. In end, he manages to fool her.

THURSDAY UPDATE ON MY AMAZING BOYFRIEND EPISODE 25
Quick recap. Thanks to Tian Jing Zhi (Wu Qian) getting into a car accident and her blood brings Xue Ling Qiao (Kim Tae Hwan) back from the dead. Li Yan Zhi (Fu Jia) and Ye Chen are looking into the mystery behind the dorman body but also the recent crimes around Jing Zhi. Chen figures out that Ling Qiao is the dormant body but promised Jing Zhi not to tell anyone. We find out that Shi Guang is Ling Qiao’s enemy and he’s using his blood to keep young. Ling Qiao left a laptop with Dong Dong to decrypt, while he and Jing Zhi go to the woods on a little vacation.
Xuan Xuan is at the apartment, worried since she just saw Shi Guang had just entered into the apartment and when she calls his phone she hears it ring in the apartment. We see Shi Guang crawl and faint in the foyer. Xuan Xuan is worried that something happened to Shi Guang since his assistant told her he wasn’t feeling well so she calls Yan Zhi. She tells him his suspicion and he tells her he’s on his way.
Jing Zhi comes in with a small number of branches, she complains that she tried really hard since there aren’t many dry branches. Ling Qiao asks if she’s hungry, she tells him that she is and wondered if she came just to make a fool of herself. Ling Qiao tells her that they can get more wood after they eat, and asks if she brought anything to eat. She tells him she does if barbeque sauce counts. He smirks and gets up, he tells her to wait there until he gets back. Ling Qiao goes around picking berries (that look suspiciously like cherry tomatoes), before returning to the cave. While Jing Zhi is alone she realizes how boring and sad it is to live in a place where you can’t speak with anyone. She hugs her knees to herself, the sad realization sinking in. Ling Qiao comes back and tells her to not worry since it’s just a passing cloud. Jing Zhi springs up and hugs him forcibly from behind. She apologize for the fact that because Chen found out he will be forced to live alone without human interactions. She promises that she will never leave him alone for as long as she lives. Ling Qiao turns around and hugs her tightly in his arms. He finds that her words resonated deep within his soul because he had said those same words millions of times over the last 500 years, and now he finally has received a response.
We’re back at Shi Guang’s apartment, and Xuan Xuan is pacing in the hallway when Yan Zhi arrives. Xuan Xuan tells him that there is still no response from inside the apartment. Yan Zhi tells her not to worry, the department lockpick starts work on the lock and the ambulance is already on their way. Right as the ambulance arrives, the door is opened and they enter. They find Shi Guang laying face down on the floor. They take him away and Yan Zhi tells Xuan Xuan that he has to return to the office. Xuan Xuan tells him that she’ll be ok she just needs to contact Shi Guang’s assistant.
After everyone leave, Xuan Xuan calls his assistant and notices some sweat and crawl marks on the ground. She follows the trail to the ornamental pots on the entrance way table. She turns the lid of one of them and a secret door opens. She walks in and finds a room with a fridge on the wall containing vials of blood and an empty vial on the ground.
Shi Guang’s phone starts beeping in his pocket while he’s in the ambulance. The ambulance attendants are confused but they go to pull out the phone but Shi Guang wakes up and grabs her wrists. He takes the phone and sits up, which shocks him. He remembers arriving home and being disorientated. He managed to crawl to the secret door and get into his blood supply. He chugged a vial and falls unconscious briefly. When he came to he heard them coming in so he splayed himself on the ground. Shi Guang looks to his phone and watched Xuan Xuan go into his vault and take a vial of blood.
Xuan Xuan leaves and tries to call Chen, however he is currently teaching.
Next morning, Ling Qiao and Jing Zhi are in bed, and Ling Qiao is watching her sleep. He brushes hair away from her face and she shifts in her sleep. Once she settles again he starts playing with her hand until she rolls over. He smiles down at her before getting out of bed.
Jing Zhi wakes up and looks out at the beautiful view and closes her eyes again thinking that she is having a wonderful dream. She realizes that she isn’t dreaming and she gets out of bed and takes in the view.She looks down at her clothes and notice she isn’t wearing what she was wearing last night, and she smiles thinking that Ling Qiao helped her change into the clothes. She walks back in and walks straight into Ling Qiao. She tells him that it’s good that she isn’t any other actress or else her implants. Ling Qiao checks her nose and tells her it’s all good.
Ling Qiao asks why Jing Zhi is so agitated, and she tells him that she woke up in a strange room, alone, and not in her own clothes. He tells her that he helped her change last night because her clothes got wet. She asks if that was all, he confirms it. She asks him where they were and he tells her that they are at a mountain resort that can only be accessed by helicopter or by rock climbers. He tells her that if he can’t live in society this is the only type of place that he can live, so far withdrawn from society. Jing Zhi comments that it reminds her of a fairy house.
They are having breakfast and Ling Qiao serves red wine. (Hey it’s vacation, standard rules need not apply) Jing Zhi can’t believe he fooled her, and that she learnt all those survival skills for no reason. Ling Qiao smiles and apologizes for fooling her, but also thanks her for worrying. Jing Zhi is shocked because no matter how much she screamed and yelled previously he never apologized. Ling Qiao gets up from his chair, takes a steps and then kneels in front of Jing Zhi. He admits that he was wrong, she wasn’t terribly unlucky but instead she was his gift from the Gods. She has given him so many fond memories that he will never be able to forget her. He places his forehead on hers, and her eyes start watering. He pulls away and sit back down.
Jing Zhi has an internal monologue where she wonders if there will be another woman in the future that will be terribly unlucky and end up loving him. She also completes the thought that she mentioned to Ling Qiao in the beach. Immortality is still scary, but for her the idea of leaving Ling Qiao live his life alone scares her far more.
Xuan Xuan arrives at the university determined to talk with Chen. She parks her car and head into the research wing, and… she gets kidnapped. Chen tries to called Xuan Xuan but he phone is off. He briefly wonders why she isn’t answering, but brushes it off to her being busy. Chen’s assistant is arguing with a courier deliver to allow her to sign for the package. Chen arrives, signs for it and finds out that it’s a vial of blood.
Jing Zhi is sitting outside on the swing when Ling Qiao comes out with a cup of coco. Jing Zhi takes a sip and tells him he added salt to the coco. Jing Zhi tells him that it’s funny that his cooking is the absolute worst but she’s willing to eat it because he made it. He recites the saying that you’d be willing to eat arsenic for the person you love. She wonders how many people he’s fed arsenic to over the last 500 years.
Jing Zhi gets serious all of a sudden and starts going through the last 3 relationships. Her 6th boyfriend is in love with her best friend and somehow caught up with her 7th boyfriend. Her 8th boyfriend kissed her 7th boyfriend and is a huge fan of her best friend. She suddenly wants to get struck by lightning. Ling Qiao seems confused and asks when did he kiss Yan Zhi, and Jing Zhi asks if he didn’t save Yan Zhi, and she bit her tongue. Ling Qiao tells her that he used a needle because he gets the most concentrated amount of enzymes that way. Jing Zhi jumps up and ask if he could have saved her without kissing her. He tells her he could have but no one carries a needle around at all times. He admits that funnelling the blood in through his mouth was the most convenient way to pass blood along. Jing Zhi gets mad and storms away, while Ling Qiao is laughing.
Shi Guang is released from the hospital, and his assistant leaves him with the document that he required. Inside the envelope there is a new passport for him.
Jing Zhi and Ling Qiao are at the river for a peaceful afternoon. Ling Qiao is sitting and reading while Ling Qiao is setting up a trap for some fish. Ling Qiao asks her if she’s depending on that for lunch, and she tells him of course. Ling Qiao jokes that with her luck, even in a mountain she would be eating air and drinking dry water. Jing Zhi asks him to hold off making fun of her for a little while at least until she actually failed. She asks Ling Qiao where he expects to be in the future, because she was planning on expanding her career to hollywood, so she would be travelling all over the work and would love for them to meet up for lunch if they are ever in the same area. Ling Qiao asks why she would want to expand since she is struggling to be a 2nd rate star in China. She tells him that she’s been working hard, and he jokes there are perks to being a wallflower. He tells Jing Zhi that he bought the villa that he was looking at since his old place was turned into a historical site. Jing Zhi tells him that he’s made the right choice. She tells him that she thinks something is off because her eye keeps twitching and Ling Qiao tells her not to give it much thought.
Chen stays at the lab all night examining and running test on the blood. The next morning he tries to call Xuan Xuan but her phone is still off. His assistant comes in and hands him a cup of coffee. She asks if he’s ok since he didn’t go home the night before. He tells her she’s fine but bounces some ideas off her about the blood. He receives a scam call about winning the lottery and he wonders why people keep trying to trick the same people. He turns off his phone.
Xuan Xuan’s mother calls Yan Zhi and tells him that Xuan Xuan was kidnapped. Yan Zhi comes over and watches the video that was sent to Xuan Xuan’s mother. The kidnappers are requesting 100 million eun. Yan Zhi asks if she’s already contacted Shi Guang, which she admits it slipped her mind. He tells her he’s probably got a video too since the ransom was directed to both of the companies. Calamari calls Yan Zhi and tells him that Xuan Xuan was kidnapped and the video was uploaded online.
Shi Guang arrives at his office building and gets swarmed by the media asking about his feelings about Xuan Xuan’s abduction. He tells her that he’s already told his secretary to sell his things at low prices to get the money together. He pleads to a camera to not hurt Xuan Xuan.
Calamari found Xuan Xuan’s car at the university and Yan Zhi automatically thinks that she had gone to see Chen. He asks if Calamari tried to call him and he admits that he did but he didn’t pick up however his assistant told him that he was in the lab all night and had just gone to sleep. Yan Zhi tells Calamari to pull the security footage of Shi Guang’s apartment building.
Jing Zhi is looking at the 2 fish in a fishbowl that she caught. She wonders out loud how they got into her bowl, and Ling Qiao tells her that it’s due to her bad luck. Jing Zhi tells her future boyfriends will thank him for how he’s treated her. Ling Qiao jokes that her boyfriend schedule is busier than her work. Jing Zhi tells him that the best way to get other a current relationship is to hurry into a new one, which she is planning on doing. Ling Qiao tells her not to dare, and Jing Zhi asks if he wants to control her. Ling Qiao laughs and reaches around her to grab the remote to turn on the TV. Jing Zhi places Ling Qiao’s hand on her stomach and jokes about being pregnant with his kid and she’ll have a mini monster running around. He tells her to stop talking nonsense. She gets up and goes to eat when she hears about Xuan Xuan’s abduction.
Yan Zhi and Calamari are checking the footage of when Xuan Xuan leaves and she acts a little off. She gets off at the 5th floor momentarily and then gets because on. Yan zhi can’t figure out why she would have gotten off on the 5th floor. Calamari suggests that she might have seen someone she knows when she accidently got out the first time.
Jing Zhi calls Yan Zhi as soon as she has reception and tells him that they need to find Xuan Xuan. Yan Zhi tells her not to worry he’s working on it. He tells her that once she gets home she shouldn’t go out along. Jing Zhi agrees with him and tells him she’ll be waiting for his good news.
Jing Zhi starts imagining the worst and Ling Qiao tells her that he believes that Xuan Xuan will be fine. Ling Qiao grabs her hand to give her moral support. Jing Zhi warns Ling Qiao that if Xuan Xuan is seriously injured that she’ll force him to do what he hates doing. She also adds on that he was right, humans are greedy. Ling Qiao tells her that he wouldn’t do it for her, and to remember that he is her biggest fan. Jing Zhi rests her head on Ling Qiao shoulder.
This episode is a complete roller coaster with the emotions. I still love the chemistry on set.

THURSDAY UPDATE ON DEFENDANT FINAL EPISODE 18 RECAP
News breaks about Min-ho’s arrest, and Jung-woo escorts him to the prosecutor’s office. Min-ho mockingly says that if Jung-woo thinks he killed his wife, he must want to kill him. Jung-woo says he constantly wants to kill Min-ho, but Ji-soo wouldn’t want him to, because he’s a prosecutor. Min-ho asks if that’s why Jung-woo lured his wife into exposing his identity, but Jung-woo says he just didn’t want Eun-soo to find out his father is a murderer, which enrages Min-ho.
Jung-woo tells him that soon, he won’t have to put on this act anymore. When they arrive at the prosecutor’s office, reporters swarm them, and Min-ho tells one of them to get lost, shocking her. Once he’s taken inside, the reporters question Jung-woo, who says that the truth will come out soon.
Attorney Lee joins Min-ho in the interrogation room, and his client asks if it’s over for him; Jung-woo enters and remarks that he must be nervous. He hands over a file listing the details of the case and leaves them to read it all and decide if Min-ho is done for or not.
Jung-woo meets Yeon-hee in a different interrogation room and thanks her for calling him about Min-ho’s escape plan. He knows it wasn’t easy for her to testify to Min-ho’s identity, and asks why she changed her mind. Yeon-hee says that Jung-woo’s words about Eun-soo lingered with her; Min-ho has been a good father, and she can’t bear for her son to find out what kind of person he really is.
Min-ho gripes that Deputy General Jung is nowhere to be found despite all the bribes he took, and tells Attorney Lee to get Joon-hyuk for him instead. Joon-hyuk is in his office, agonizing over the pen he took from Min-ho, which contains a recording of Joon-hyuk promising to find and destroy the knife used to kill Ji-soo.
Min-ho tells Joon-hyuk he’ll do anything if he lets him go free, an opportunity the prosecutor can’t afford to miss — can’t he gauge the situation? Joon-hyuk says it’s Min-ho who has misjudged this situation.
Cut to Deputy General Jung getting arrested as he blusters about his seniority. Jung-woo says the night guard who was watching Sung-kyu testified that the deputy general told him to leave his post when Sung-kyu was murdered. Now, he’s being investigated for other connections with Chamyung, and investigators have to drag the indignant man out.
Jung-woo tells Joon-hyuk that the deputy general will be punished thanks to the information he passed on. Joon-hyuk asks why Jung-woo isn’t taking him in when he’s arresting everyone else related to this incident. Jung-woo replies, “Because I know you.”
Joon-hyuk gives him the Nemo plush toy and confesses that he came to the house the night of Ji-soo’s murder, and that the doorbell Jung-woo heard that night was him. He says he never believed Jung-woo was guilty, but once he erased evidence about his presence that night, he couldn’t turn back. He also admits that he’d been greedy for Jung-woo’s UN position, and Jung-woo takes this in, shocked.
“I knew it was wrong, but all I could think of was covering this up. Even when Ha-yeon called, my first thought was hiding it,” Joon-hyuk says tearfully. He says that if he’d come to his senses earlier, Jung-woo could have reunited with Ha-yeon sooner. (Yeah, no kidding, you worm.)
Joon-hyuk apologizes and gives Jung-woo the incriminating pen, promising to testify at the trial if Jung-woo needs him to. Jung-woo says he’ll lose his job if he testifies, but Joon-hyuk says it was that very fear that brought him down this path; he’d forgotten why he became a prosecutor in the first place.
As Joon-hyuk walks away, Jung-woo clenches his fists, inadvertently playing the message recorded by the stuffed Nemo he’s holding. Closing his eyes, Jung-woo squeezes the toy over and over so he can keep hearing Ji-soo’s voice. He finally breaks down in tears. “Thank you Joon-hyuk. For letting me hear Ji-soo’s voice again.” Looking tortured, Joon-hyuk leaves. Ugh. I hope you stew in guilt for the rest of your life.
Jung-woo returns to Min-ho to ask if he admits to the charge of Ji-soo’s murder. When Min-ho pretends not to know who she is, Jung-woo asks again, and Min-ho suddenly “remembers” her, saying that he thought Sung-kyu was already proven to be the culprit.
In response, Jung-woo plays the recording of Min-ho saying that he stabbed Ji-soo. Min-ho lunges for the pen, but Jung-woo moves it out of his reach, saying that Joon-hyuk gave it to him. Min-ho laughs and curses Joon-hyuk, and Attorney Lee asks for a break.
Attorney Lee warns that he could get a death sentence, so Min-ho orders him to find a way out. Attorney Lee recommends a plea bargain, which Min-ho angrily refuses. Meanwhile, Jung-woo, Prosecutor Choi, and Investigator Go watch from the observation room.
Jung-woo holds a press conference to announce that the prosecution has verified that “Cha Sun-ho” is the real culprit behind the Wolha-dong murder, and that they are charging him with three counts of murder and two counts of contract killing. Reporters ask who the third murder victim is, and chaos erupts when Jung-woo reveals that it’s Sun-ho, whom Min-ho killed and is now impersonating.
Min-ho’s mother watches this news report with shock and confusion, but Yeon-hee turns it off, telling her mother-in-law it was just a dream and that her sons went on a business trip. The old woman nods, though she seems disturbed, and Yeon-hee thinks, I’m sorry, Mother. Because of Eun-soo, I had no choice.
Min-ho waits in the interrogation room as the day wears on. Attorney Lee informs him that he’ll be transferred to a detention center soon, reiterating that his best option now is a plea bargain. Min-ho refuses again, so the lawyer tells him to pretend to be crazy — he can plead for a reduced sentence and eventually be transferred from prison to a hospital. Attorney Lee says he’ll look for a psychiatrist willing to cooperate with them.
When he’s transferred, Min-ho puts on a convincing show, raving that he’s Cha Min-ho and pretending to see the ghost of his father as he grabs a reporter’s leg and begs for forgiveness. Afterward, Min-ho grins secretly as the police van takes him away.
Chul-shik arrives at the prosecutor’s office, looking sharp in a suit. He marches up the the information desk and says that he’s here to see Prosecutor Park Jung-woo in order to turn himself in. He sings, “I love you bay-bee,” as he swaggers across the lobby, until he trips over his own feet. Heh. I love this guy.
Chul-shik goes to Jung-woo’s office, where he meets Investigator Go, who has been expecting him. Chul-shik admires Jung-woo’s nameplate and sits in his chair, pretending to be a prosecutor as he puts his feet up on the desk, much to Investigator Go’s great amusement (and mine). Prosecutor Choi comes in then, and Chul-shik jumps out of Jung-woo’s chair in fright, stiffly announcing to the bewildered man that he’s here to turn himself in.
Jung-woo comes in (Chul-shik gives him a shy wave), and Prosecutor Choi asks if he’s aware of Min-ho’s antics. Jung-woo says he is, and his superior warns him not to let the man get away as he leaves, eyeing Chul-shik doubtfully.
Jung-woo greets his friend and tells Investigator Go to draw up his paperwork, and Chul-shik giggles as he shows his friend his visitor badge. He asks how long he’ll have to be in jail, and Jung-woo says once Min-ho’s case goes to trial, Chul-shik will be released.
Eun-hye visits Mil-yang again, who tells her that he’s decided not to apply for a retrial after all. The woman he went to prison for enters the room with a shy smile, and Eun-hye leaves them to talk. The woman apologizes, crying, but he gently tells her it’s all right. In the hallway, Eun-hye runs into Tae-soo, who has been reinstated, and they greet each other warmly.
A contemplative Mil-yang is back in his cell with Gangster Hyung when the guard announces an “experienced” newbie: it’s Chul-shik! He enters with a salute and a grin, and his friends happily welcome him. He tells them he turned himself in, and that Jung-woo made a deal with the corrupt warden so he could return to their cell.
Gangster Hyung says he’ll be released soon, too — he’s just written to his kids to say he’s sailing home to them. Mil-yang tells them that he’s going to apply for a retrial.
Jung-woo picks up an ecstatic Ha-yeon from kindergarten. He asks her if she’s surprised to see him instead of Grandma, but she says she wishes he would come pick her up every day. He agrees that he’d love that too.
Jung-woo promises her that once he’s finished with this case, he’ll pick her up from school more often. They adorably seal their pinky promise with meows, but Ha-yeon says it’s okay if Grandma comes — she knows he’ll feel bad if he can’t keep his promise. He thanks her for understanding.
Prosecutor Choi calls Jung-woo to tell him that Min-ho has applied for a psychological evaluation. Jung-woo asks the judge who approved the examination how he could do so before the trial has even started, but the judge won’t budge, and he denies Jung-woo’s request to get Min-ho evaluated by other doctors.
Jung-woo enters the waiting room where Min-ho sits huddled in his wheelchair. Min-ho motions him close, then whispers, “What can’t I do with money and power in the great Republic of Korea? Please tell me, Prosecutor Park.” Jung-woo glares at him and says he’ll see him in court.
In his opening statement, Jung-woo declares his intent to expose the hidden truth and those who covered it up, while Min-ho sits zoned out and twitching in his chair. Before the trial starts, Attorney Lee asks to submit his psychiatric evaluation, but Jung-woo objects, saying it’s absurd that Min-ho deteriorated this much in the few days since he was appointed chairman of Chamyung. The judge accepts the report anyway.
Jung-woo calls Joon-hyuk to the witness stand and asks him to identify Ji-soo’s murderer. He says it’s Min-ho, who told Joon-hyuk himself about the knife he stabbed Ji-soo with. The knife had Min-ho’s blood on it, and he’d asked Joon-hyuk to find it. Jung-woo plays the recording of that conversation, causing Eun-hye and Tae-soo to look at Joon-hyuk with shocked disgust.
Min-ho’s lawyer protests that they don’t know what state his client was in when the recording was made, and that they can’t trust Joon-hyuk’s testimony, as he’s been friends with Jung-woo for fifteen years. Jung-woo agrees that they’re old friends, but also reveals that he’s charged Joon-hyuk with covering for the defendant and for destroying evidence in this case. Jung-woo asks why Joon-hyuk is testifying when it will cost him his career and land him in jail, and he replies that he now wants to reveal the truth that he’s been hiding.
Seok testifies next, saying that Min-ho ordered him to kill Sung-kyu, which prompts Min-ho to say, “Min-ho? My brother is dead.” When Jung-woo asks him if Seok is telling the truth, Min-ho becomes agitated and starts apologizing to his father again. Attorney Lee objects to his mentally incapable client being questioned, which the judge sustains.
Jung-woo asks Seok to say who stabbed Ji-soo, and the young man pauses before he says, “It was Cha Min-ho.” At this, Min-ho starts to repeat over and over that Min-ho is dead. Ignoring the commotion, Jung-woo asks Seok to explain what happened that night in detail.
Seok says, “On that day, I anesthetized Park Jung-woo, who was already asleep. Then I grabbed Yoon Ji-soo from behind, and Cha Min-ho grabbed a knife from the kitchen and stabbed her twice with his left hand.”
Min-ho gets up, yelling and trying to grab Seok, so Attorney Lee requests an adjournment. Once he’s alone with his lawyer, Min-ho drops the act and asks what Attorney Lee thinks of the situation. The lawyer says that now his only hope is the insanity scheme, assuring him that the judge is on their side.
Once court reconvenes, Jung-woo tries to question Min-ho, but the judge tells him to question Attorney Lee instead, as the defendant is unfit to answer. Jung-woo requests a secondary psychiatric evaluation, but Attorney Lee says that Min-ho has been taking drugs which may invalidate it; the judge says he’ll decide later if another evaluation is necessary.
A woman enters the courtroom and takes a seat, and Jung-woo asks to call one final witness.
Yeon-hee takes the stand, and Jung-woo asks her when she found out her husband was dead. She says it was the day of Min-ho’s suicide, when Min-ho came to their house in the guise of Sun-ho. Jung-woo asks her why she pretended not to know all this time, and she replies, “I pitied him.” Min-ho’s face begins to lose its vague look, and he begins to tremble.
Jung-woo asks how she could pity him, considering what he’d done. “Because I loved him,” Yeon-hee replies. “He wasn’t always a bad person. He changed as he endured his father’s abuse over the years. And from the moment I married Sun-ho, he started to become someone else. That’s why I had no choice but to accept Min-ho pretending to be Sun-ho.”
Jung-woo asks why she is revealing this now, after nine months. She says it’s important to her how her son will remember his father; if Min-ho were punished by the law as Sun-ho, Eun-soo would be the son of a criminal. A tear drips down Min-ho’s face.
But as she looks over at a shaking Min-ho, she says that her son’s father is Cha Min-ho, who is sitting here. He meets her eyes, and the crowd stirs in surprise. “Yeon-hee,” he whispers.
She speaks directly to Min-ho, telling him that he’s a good father to Eun-soo. Min-ho chokes out, “I’m not his father. Cha Sun-ho is his father. Cha Sun-ho, who I killed, is his father. I’m not his father.” Yeon-hee tells him to stop now. Tearfully, she pleads, “Let’s pay for our sins. I will tell Eun-soo how much his father loved him.” Min-ho begins to cry in earnest.
In his closing, Jung-woo lists all of Min-ho’s crimes, ending with his attempt to escape punishment by faking mental incapacity, and declares that he must be isolated from society permanently. He cites various criminal codes, then pauses to look over at Tae-soo and Eun-hye, who both nod. Glancing at Yeon-hee briefly, Jung-woo takes a deep breath and requests a death sentence.
Some time later, Eun-hye’s aunt wishes her luck as she dresses for court. She petitions a judge for Mil-yang’s retrial as the woman (his wife?) watches from the audience. Min-ho returns to Woljung Penitentiary, this time wearing the red tags of a death row prisoner. The warden greets him with his real name, and Min-ho shortly asks if his room is ready.
Min-ho is put in a punishment cell, and the guards ignore his enraged shouts. Through the door, a voice welcomes him; it’s Tae-soo, who says he’s been waiting. “Think of this as your home now. Though it won’t be comfortable,” says Tae-soo.
Left alone, Min-ho suddenly hallucinates his father’s hand around his ankle, and he huddles in a corner and begs his father for forgiveness.
Jung-woo visits Joon-hyuk, who is also in prison. Joon-hyuk tells Jung-woo not to forgive him, and Jung-woo asks if Joon-hyuk remembers what he said when they first took their oath: It was okay for them to be incompetent prosecutors, so long as they didn’t become shameful prosecutors. Jung-woo says he’ll wait for him.
He visits Min-ho next. “I told you you could never become Cha Sun-ho,” says Jung-woo. Min-ho agrees that he couldn’t, because of Jung-woo. But, he points out with a snide laugh, Jung-woo’s wife died because of him.
“Was your son’s name Eun-soo?” asks Jung-woo, and Min-ho loses his cool immediately. Jung-woo tells him that Eun-soo and Yeon-hee are leaving Korea today. “You won’t see them again. You won’t see me again either. Just live your whole life in there, reflecting on what you’ve done.” He leaves, ignoring Min-ho’s demands to borrow his phone. Min-ho sobs, repeating Eun-soo and Yeon-hee’s names.
Jung-woo and Eun-hye go to visit Mong-chi and Rockfish at their clothing store. Mong-chi comments that it’s almost time for the arrival of the “fated one” that Woljung brought to him. The prison doctor walks in then, calling Mong-chi “Honey” in a sugary voice. They proceed to talk to each other in baby voices as Jung-woo and Eun-hye look on in astonishment.
The three former cellmates (and Eun-hye) join Mil-yang and Gangster Hyung at a restaurant, and they catch up as they wait for the last member of their group. Outside, Chul-shik parks his white truck and gets out, patting it as he says, “I am Optimus.”
Chul-shik joins his friends and jokes that they’ve got to live by the law now, or Prosecutor Park will arrest them. Jung-woo laughs and says that they should all promise never to go back to jail. Everyone agrees, and Eun-hye reminds them to call her if they ever have any trouble.
Sometime later, Eun-hye finally files an application for a retrial on behalf of her father.
Jung-woo takes Ha-yeon to see Ji-soo. He reminisces about Ha-yeon’s birthday and their last day as a family as Ha-yeon cries, “I miss you, Mommy.” Jung-woo says he misses her too, and suggests that Ha-yeon sing for Mommy so she can rest well. Father and daughter tearfully sing a lullaby.
Ji-soo’s family plants a tree for her (did they move her ashes?). Mother Oh says that she knows it’s been suffocating, but now, Ji-soo can see the sky she loves, and Tae-soo promises that they’ll visit often. Ha-yeon tells Ji-soo that she misses her very much, and Jung-woo hugs her.
Jung-woo takes Ha-yeon for a walk in the forest, reminding her of when he told her that the world wouldn’t abandon them. He promises to do his best to make her world a more beautiful and happier place and asks her to trust him. He tells her that Mommy is watching over them, so they should always smile and live with courage. She agrees, and they walk on, holding hands.
Jung-woo and his team arrive at a large office building, where he gets a call from Prosecutor Choi. Jung-woo insists that he is most definitely not going after Chairman Park, since Prosecutor Choi strictly forbade it. Once he hangs up, Jung-woo tells a grinning Investigator Go that they should only go after the ones their superiors tell them not to touch, and his friend gives him a thumbs up.
They march inside, and Jung-woo presents his badge, declaring, “I’m Seoul Special Unit Prosecutor Park Jung-woo.” He adds a wink for good measure.

Fina goes berserk remembering her phone con with Gonzo.
She tells herself that her plans have to continue. Berta can’t hate her.
Nata is telling Augie off on the phone.. good for u Nata!
Fina arrives at hosp, finds Gon/Gina/Jero/Nata sleeping, mumbles I hate all 4 of you!
Berta kicks out Fina from her hosp room.
Augie alone with his ruined wine containers swears payback from Areli.
Augie strangles Areli when she tells him she was the one that ruined his wine/grapes., When lazaro comes to her rescue Augie takes his exit… She wants Lazaro to stay with her. She tells him it was her that ruined Augie’s grape reserve. Lazaro is impactado.
Gina/Jero talking at hospital… Gina asks Jero if the fact that Nata’s mother was the one that murdered Rafa would be an impediment for him to get back with Nata. He confesses that he can’t deny that the fact that Nata is the daughter of a murderer concerns him. Nata hears this and thinks that always something comes up that separates them… Nata leaves before she can hear Jero tell Gina that despite that, he loves her and, like Matt said, it’s a flame that not even the big blue sea can put out..
At Connie’s, doctor and Hono are in awe of how fast Connie is recuperating. Smiles all around.
At the prison nut house, in doctor’s office, Blanca is teasing him with ‘what I will let you do to me’ (MAJOR BARF!!) Blanca calls Hono again using the phone in the doctor’s office… Hono gets real mad at her. When he hangs up he calls Matt to tell police Manriquez and find out where that phone is.
At Ensenada church Carlos and Mati are waiting for the ‘prenup classes’ from padre Severino but he is a no show… they decide to go look for him.
Padre Severino just got what Marina is guessing is the flu, he will have to stay in bed for a few days.
Areli/Laz and Mati/Carlos are talking to Areli, she asks Carlos if he thinks its ok for her to stay at La Bonita for a while until she leaves town. Carlos sure Jero won’t mind.… They meet up with Padre Seve out in town… he tells they he is sick and will have to postpone his activities (including their wedding). Mati begins to think it is her curse again that is spreading to others.
Augie is having another hissy fit by his ruined grape tanks… yells at Ezeq to leave. He takes it on the poor barrels with a sledgehammer…
Adri/Matt at office. Adri tells Matt she made her decision. Matt guesses wrong and says she is there to tell him she chose Chema. Nope, she chose him but she wants to speak to Chema and tell him personally before she and Matt go public as a couple again. Matt asks her not to play with him, then he says you might want to wait but I don’t … he kisses her and they agree that they will keep their ‘recon’ a secret until she talks to Chema.
Nata prays at chapel… its not easy to feel you are the daughter of a murderer. My mom hurt so many folks… She is nuts/sick. What if I carry the ‘genes’ of ‘crime’? and pass them to my children? (OH PLEEEEEZZZEEE!! SPARE MEEEE!!)
Gonzo visits Berta at her hosp room.. they get mellow (I wonder if these two ever went to a father daughter night at her school…). She is scared, thanks God she has him for a dad. She regrets all the harm she had done. HE is glad she is ok, life gives you 2nd chances … and 3rd… and 4th… and… Berta says she will make good use of this one. She will change.. honest… HE says I hope so.
Nata still at chapel, tells God U know I love Jero more today than ever.. (remembers first stumble at airport, then first kiss outside la mentirosa) For better or worse, it was a great love story. Too bad all the troubles did not let us be happy together.
Gonzo leaves Berta alone and she tells herself she will keep away from her mom, will even change her surname to Gamba (Roberto’s surname), will take off Fina’s surname Alvarez. ‘I hate you’
Gina/Jero talk again, she cares about both Nata and Berta. Wants them to interact as sisters and will provide them a loving environment they never had with Fina. But am afraid of how they will react to the news. (well, one will find out she is NOT the daughter of a murderer … so it might not be so bad after all LOL)
Augie calls Ezeq back and orders him to kill Areli… Eze freezes… Augie senses Ezeq is not quite willing and ready to follow orders. Ezeq hessitates but ends up saying he’ll do it. (I am pretty sure he is lying)
Gonzo comes out of Berta’s room and meets with Gina/Jero… Jero wishes Berta will get well and change for the better with the experience. Gonzo thanks Jero, Jero says only one to blame will pay soon. Gina asks them both to go with her tomorrow to get the DNA test results (Ok, they must have tickets to the Maury Povich show?? Jero, YOU ARE the father! .. oh wait… I got that wrong… Gina, YOU ARE the mother!)
Gina looks visibly nervous, tells Gonzo she wants Berta to come live with her for a while, she will be safe and calm there. They kiss, he is happily shocked… wants more LOL.
Jero calls Nata, she is leaving the hospital curb, he offers to take her to Connie’s but she wants to go alone… thank you for everything… Jero is confused at her new attitude.
At La Bonita Kari watches as Lazaro is serving Areli as if he were her watch dog. Areli tells them (with Mati and Carlos) that Lazaro had saved her before when she was about to jump into oblivion. He is her guardian angel, they say how an animal Augie is, Carlos brings up Alvaro but then freezes at half sentence. Areli tells them Augie would do anything to get what he wants. Kari tells them Augie was kissing Nata when she was drugged when she had the accident. They are all shocked. Mati is mad she never told them before. Mati goes with her hissy fit to the kitchen to tell Manuela about Areli and Lazaro. All about her curse and if she does not marry Carlos she will end up a nun. (ok tantrum cursed girl… go take a hike… maybe some exercise will get you tired of yourself)
Nata visits Adri and tells her ‘I need you my friend’… (so its Nata’s turn for the bad day)
Marina calls Jero, notices he is worried, she asks him to tell her how things are with Nata. Jero tells her he came to tell Nata about her mother being his brother’s murderer. Marina thinks this will widen the abbyss that separates Jero and Nata. Jero stays quiet so she senses something has changed. But Jero won’t tell her over phone. He wants to wait until he returns and then they will talk. Marina is already guessing what he will say…
Fina alone in her hotel room is watching TV.. watches as a news break comes up announcing she is wanted for murdering Rafa Gutierrez. And the whole MR scandal.
I have to hide. (NO KIDDIN!!)
Blanca watches same news cast ‘poor Fina MR’. But then gets a creepy smile/smirk on.
At La Bonita, Areli keeps getting lots of attention. Lazaro says he doubts Augie will dare come get her here. Carlos tells her she is brave. She says she wanted to hurt Augie where he would feel it. Carlos says yup, THAT you did alright (get his attention).
Kari is visiting Alfonsina, she is also mad (a la Mati) about Areli all around Lazaro. Alfonsina says you have to go there and show face, make yourself noticed.
Gonzo/Hono/Matt/Adri at office are celebrating how well it has gone for the company in last few days, thanks to the Jero loan. Gonzo says there is a convention coming up. He can’t get away from Gina and Hono can’t from Connie so they send Matt/Adri to go to the convention to represent the new blood of MR INC. (WOW, Matt !! Whatever you are wearing, make them your lucky tie and shirt, and eat the same breakfast, you are FINALLY getting lucky, man after so many short ends of the stick!)
Once settled at her house, Gina is caring very nicely for Berta. Berta says I never would have believed you would be this nice to me after I treated you so bad. Will u forgive me? Gina says that’s in the past. Berta says her mom never acted like this with her. She wishes she had a mom like Gina.
Nata is leaving Connie’s house, but she sits with Connie for a min. Connie notices she is sad… I love you / me too. Jero loves you, value him. Nata cries and agrees then leaves.
Marina arrives at Jero’s… he is surprised she is there. She wants the truth from him. He takes a deep breath before dropping the bomb… My heart, my body and my soul want to be with Nata

Payal’s assistant Satish informing her that her leave has been cancelled and she will have to attend commissioner’s meeting. Indu says she cannot go. Satish says it is a very important meeting. Payal says she will go. Bhuvaneshwar says he will call and check when Jogeshwar and family will come here. He calls and asks Jogeshwar when will they reach here. Jogeshwar says he just left home and will come after going to the temple. Bhuvaneshwar relaxes and tells Payal to attend the commissioner’s meeting and to come back before Dev’s family reaches. She leaves, while Indu still continues to stop her that she cannot go to office on her engagement day. Jogeshwar and family reaches temple and asks his family to do the worship soon but he is unaware that before the engagement, terror will be waiting for him at the temple as Gulkan also comes there with her sister-in-law. Jogeshwar gets tensed seeing her, he borrows a blanket and stick from a beggar and wears it. Gulkan sees a beggar wearing costly shoes, and thinks he is a thief and tries to confront him. But he manages to runs from there successfully.
The commissioner addresses the meeting and scolds the officers for not preparing report on time. Payal enters and he praises her for finishing her work on time and asks her to tell how she finished it. Payal tries to speak, but he does not listen to her. Santoshi sees her husband with beggar’s blanket and asks if he has gone mad. He smears vibhuti on his face and tells his wife that Gulkan is following him. He applies vibhuti to even their faces and says if Gulkan sees them in party attire, she will create problem and if she know about Dev’s marriage, she will break it. They try to escape but stop seeing Gulkan and stand in the temple worship que. Gulkan stands behind them. Santoshi starts her overacting again. Jogeshwar says he has to do something before Dev comes to the temple. Meanwhile, Payal shows her presentation to them. The commissioner praises her and asks to check other officer’s reports. She gets tensed and calls Dev up. Dev happily picks her call. She says she is stuck in the commissioner’s meeting and will be late for the engagement. He assures her to finish her work calmly and he will handle the situation. She then mutes her mobile and continues with her meeting.
Guddi asks her father to do something. He asks her to shout snake snake, then he will create havoc and leave from there. She slowly calls snake, but nobody pays attention. He then starts acting as a man mad and panics people. People gathering there starts running from him. Gulkhan falls on the floor and he falls on the temple’s prasad, he gets up and runs away. An upset Gulkan follows him but her sister-in-law stops her. Gulkan says she fell because of the beggar and will not spare him. Her sister-in-law consoles her and asks her to finish the temple worship. She enters the temple and bends in front of god. Jogeshwar throws bedsheet on her, closes the. temple door and runs. He says some lady got mad and is searching for them, so they should go from there. He forcefully gets Dev into the car and leaves. The lady unlocks the temple door, Gulkan comes out and searches for the culprit.
Payal continues checking the officer’s files and giving suggesstions and at the same time worries that she is getting late for her engagement. Satish signals her that it is late, but she continues with her work. Jaiswal comes to Payal’s house. Payal's and Indu greet him in and as about Jogeshwar. He says Jogeshwar went to the temple and will come late. Indu and her husband get tensed that Payal has not reached home yet. Jogeshwar comes with his family. Santoshi sees the house simple decoration and Indu’s jewelry and thinks if Payal was not doing service, she would not have get Dev married here. Dev realizes Payal has not reached home.
The priest asks them to bring the bride now for the engagement rituals. Bhuvaneshwar and his family get tensed. Santoshi in her overacting style says she will bring Payal. Indu asks her to enjoy snacks and takes her husband, Bhuvaneshwar in. Bhuvaneshwar scolds her for lying that Payal is getting ready. Indu starts crying but Bhuvaneshwar asks her to calm down and calls Satish. Satish inform him that Payal is in the board meeting. Bhuvaneshwar says Payal’s in-laws have reached for the engagement. Satish goes in to inform Payal. The commissioner sees another officer picking phone and asks him not to pick call during official meeting and asks everyone to silent their phones. Bhuvaneshwar hears the commissioner’s voice. Satish says Payal cannot come to him right now. Bhuvaneshwar thanks him and cuts the call. He informs his wife, indu about it. Indu starts crying and says Dev’s family will break this alliance.
Dev hears their conversation and tells his father that he does not want to get engaged. His father who is unaware of what is instore for him as he arrives at Payals house shouts at his son and asks him to tell the reason. Dev says he is not feeling well today and will get engaged in 2-3 days later. His father scolds him and asks to bring Payal. Dev says there is no need to call Payal. Neelu tells her father that Dev knows Payal is not at home, so he is trying to help them.
Jogeshwar continues scolding Dev and tells Bhuvaneshwar that he is worried about his health than other’s dignity and is about to slap him when Bhuvaneshwar stops him and says Dev is trying to help him. Jogeshwar asks what does he mean. Bhuvaneshwar says Payal is not at home. Jogeshwar praises Dev and asks how does he know Payal is not at home. Dev says when they went to the temple, Payal called him and informed him about her official meeting. Neelu is impress and say her is lucky to have Dev. Indu apologizes to Dev, but he asks her not to and says it is his responsibility now to take care of Payal.
The priest says if the engagement does not happen in this muhurath, they will have to wait till next poornima ( full moon night ). Bhuvaneshwar says then they should wait till next poornima. Jogeshwar and family get tensed hearing that Payal can’t meet up for the engagement and Bhuvaneshwar says it his responsibility to take care of their self-respect and takes them to Payal’s meeting venue and enters in. The commissioner asks who are they. Payal says they are her family members. Jogeshwar says it is Payal’s engagement today and she is in meeting here instead of getting engaged. The commissioner apologizes to them and Payal. Jogeshwar says he wants Payal and Dev’s engagement here at the office. The commissioner permits them. Bhuvaneshwar thanks Jogeshwar. He asks him to hug him. Guddan asks Rajat if he has doubt on Jogeshwar even now. Rajat stands still.
Payal and Dev’s engagement starts, the priest perform the pooja and recite the mantras. Payal and Dev exchange rings and smile looking at each other. Everyone claps for them. Neelu takes their pictures and the commissioner clicks the whole family’s pictures. Payal and family reach home. Payal says Dev handled the situation well and she is thankful to him. Neelu jokes that she got time to call Dev and he understood her. Everyone laughs. Bhuvaneshwar says his whole family is good and understand bride with benefits daughter-in-law’s problems. Neelu says Santoshi was overacting and doing too much showoff. Indu says that is her style.
Payal’s parents happily discussing about the peaceful completion of the enagement. Indu says she wants Dev’s tilak ceremony happen soon. Bhuvaneshwar says Jogeshwar asked not to gift anything. Indu says they have to follow their rituals from their side and Payal's uncle, Guddan agrees with Indu that she is telling right. Meanwhile, Gulkan’s brother and sister-in-law discuss about sending Gulkan back to her in-law's home as her chidren’s moral growth is being spoilt.
Indu takes out her jewelry and asks Payal and Neelu to select among these. Neelu says these are old fashioned and she wants new. Indu says gold rate has gone very high and she does not have budget. Payal says gold reduces if exchanged and says these jewelry have their grandparents’ and mother’s blessings, so she will select only these. She select a pair of earrings and asks to give the rest to Neelu. Her father praises her. Neelu says she will take everything. Everyone laughs. She then asks if they can speak to Dev. Indu irks, but her husband permits them and says Dev and Payal should know each other well before marriage. Once they leave, Indu gets worried if the marriage will happen without any tension. He says he will give according to his capability.
Gulkan’s brother comes tensely. She asks what happened to him. He says nothing. She asks if he acrued loss in business. He says he does not want to trouble her as she is already in trouble. Gulkan's sister-in-law says he acrued loss in bussiness. Gulkan asks what will he do now. Her brother says he will sell this big house and will shift to a small flat, and even she will go back to her house soon. Her sister-in-law says her husband is right. Gulkan gets tensed hearing this.
Neelu thinks of taunting Dev and calls him up. He thinks it is Payal and says he was thinking about her. Neelu says she is his sister-in-law and pulls his legs a bit. Alka then takes the phone. Dev says she was looking very beautiful today. Indu says is it and then says she is Alka. Dev gets shy. She then gives the phone to Payal and takes Neelu from there. Payal thanks Dev for helping her family. He says they are one now and should always help each other’s family. Dev over phone tells Payal that he felt he got his whole world’s happiness getting engaged to her. They continue their conversation for some time and then cut the call.
Alka sees Rajat sad and asks if he is tired due to hard work. He says he is feeling guilty for not helping his father. She says his business is not set up yet, so he cannot help his father. She then brings her jewelry and says if he sell these, he can help his father. He refuses that he will not. She insists. He agrees and says he will work even in the night to gather money for Payal’s marriage.
Santoshi gets ready and asks Jogeshwar how is she looking. He says she is looking like a snake. Her overacting and his drama continues. He asks her to get ready soon and come down to receive Payal’s family for tilak ceremony. The servant gives him juice, saying it is for Payal’s family and asks how is it. He eats and says it is good. Santoshi comes down and starts yelling that Payal’s family is not giving anything in tilak, but Gulkan brought a lot of gifts and dowry. He asks her not to take Gulkan’s name and says she brought humility and insult along with dowry. Jaisals comes there and asks if he invited Gulkan in tilak ceremony. He says no. Jaiswal inform him that she has come and is standing out. Jogeshwar yells at her that she took Gulkan’s name and she came now to ruin the tilak function. They go out and see Gulkan selling their car.

Avantika to come with her to police station. She clarifies to Pragya she is Avantika Sahani. The maid brings the watchman but Pragya holds a knife in her defense. Avantika was afraid and shows her husband’s photographs Avinash. Pragya doesn’t believe her. Avantika goes to call police, Pragya was sure they will witness the one they consider dead is still alive. After Avantika’s story, Pragya speaks to the inspector. The inspector warns Pragya not to use her resource over law and leave the innocent citizen. Avinash comes to the hall and asks what this all is. Avantika hugs him and narrates him the whole story. Pragya points the knife at Avinash. Avinash introduces himself as Pragya’s husband. Pragya blames him to be withher all along ad must have given the injection to her husband. She says when caught last time she brought a fake mother, and her husband was Dushyant Khurana who was a murderer. Avinash convinces Pragya that they were only transferred here a week ago, even their maid doesn’t know their names well here. Purab reach there and was shocked to see the face, recognizing it as Simonika.Karan asks Sakshi about the name of the girl. Sameer tried to overhear and fell inside. He explains he didn’t deliberately come in, he was sent here. Karan stops him at the corridor and asks him for a favor again, he tells him to go and find which girl is with Prithvi at his house. Sameer flee from there as he was given a task by Preeta. Preeta and Rishab stop him in the hall, Sameer tells them a confused story and goes to take some rest.Karan comes to Sakshi and asks her about the end of story. Preeta watches Sakshi leaving angrily and suggests the fight must have increased. Rishab stops her and offers to help her if there is some problem. Preeta asks what Karan did to her. She says they felt bad watching her cry, but they can solve her problem. Karan was tensed which he watch this and was worried this might ruin his game against Prithvi. Preeta watches Karan and thinks Karan must have done something wrong with the girl. Sakshi was furious and says she neither wants a solution nor Prithvi. Preeta now looks towards Karan furiously.Prithvi follows Sherlin in his car while she drove away.Preeta and Rishab ask Karan why she took Prithvi’s name. Karan calls the girl a little crazy. Rishab strictly tells him to be clear. Karan makes up a story that he had a breakup with that girl and suggested her for an affair with Prithvi. He then hurries taking a call.Purab introduces himself to Avinash. He tells Purab she is his wife Avantika, not Simonika. Police also arrive then, Pragya asks the inspector to arrest her as this is Simonika Rana. She doubted the conspiracy and followed her to her new hiding. Avinash shows the inspector cards as his proofs, he asks Avantika to show her cards as well. He shows his company’s transfer letters from Banglore to Mumbai as well. Pragya calls each proof as false, she has worked at her place as her husband’s secretary and can be seen in each party and concert in the last six months. The inspector wasn’t convinced and asks Pragya to write a fresh application and bring proofs. Pragya requests the inspector not to let her run away, else her husband might be hanged innocent. The inspector tells Pragya they won’t let this family run away, but they must work through a procedure. Purab calms Pragya down, if police takes her to custody how they will prove this is Simonika. Pragya warns Avantika before she leaves.PRECAP: Preeta asks Shrishti if she loves Sameer. Shrishti wasn’t sure what Sameer thinks about her, she gets an idea to find about it in her engagement. Karan asks her to tell her what happened exactly and says people shall not think you are my baby’s mother. Taapsee says you can’t understand what I am going through. Karan asks her to tell exactly. Taapsee tells him that her Prithvi was treating her hand with love, and took her to his bedroom, saw her as if he cares for me a lot, held my hand with love, was taking me to bed when I pretend to faint and hugged him. Karan asks why did you cry then? Taapsee says where was I? Karan says you was saying how he touched your hands. Taapsee says I was shyand hugged him, he also hugged me when he came. Karan asks who? While Jeet is looking in a draw and he comes across some phone number that might be related to Cherry. Angad comes to Shabd house and he sees Shabd talking to two people. Shabd tells them they he has to run out and if Angad needs any help getting ready, to help him out. Angad hears this and Shabd leaves. Angad sees a cell phone where Shabd was standing and he takes the cell phone. When Kamya is getting ready, Mahi passes by. She is teary and Kamya is asking her friends how beautiful she looks. A worried Mahi asks God to help her out and how she doesn't want Kamya to marry a person like Angad. Aunt Billo comes there and sees Mahi in tear, she tells Mahi that she knows why she is crying because Kamya will be leaving the house soon and the house will look empty without her. She further tells Mahi to get ready and Mahi leaves.
Mahi gets ready and comes downstairs where she sees decorations everywhere. She looks very sad. She sees Soni's family too and they talks to each other. Soni tells Mahi not to take anymore of Angad's mischiefs. She tells her that she is only donig this because of Kamya and Kamya is the one who will be hurt when she marries Angad. Mahi agrees with Soni that she is right that Kamya has to know the truth about Angad today. Jeet is looking at Soni as well. Everything is in a mute and only music is being played. Then Kamya comes downstairs all ready and Angad is not even ready as he is in jeans and shirt. Kamya's friends start dancing on the songs and the whole family joins them. Even Kamya and Angad are dancing on the songs. But Mahi just feels weird while everyone else is enjoying and dancing. After the dance, Shabd goes over to his uncle because Mahi is standing near him talking to Jyoti. He purposely asks his uncle what time is it so Mahi can know how much time is left for her to meet Angad. Mahi is listening to all this. Then Shabd's uncle leaves and Angad goes over to Jyoti and Mahi. Both Jyoti and Mahi are wearing pink and Angad praise Jyoti which he is sarcastically praising Mahi because she is wearing pink as well. Mahi goes away and Jyoti stops her and tells her to talk. Mahi excuses herself and goes away. Mahi gets a text message from Shabd saying to meet him at bluestart hotel at 9:30. Mahi thinks why would Shabd call her to a hotel and probably he wants to give her a chance. She is about to leave when Soni stops her and asks her what is going on. Soni questions her and asks her what happened yesterday, adding that she has been trying to get in touch with Mahi for sometime now. Mahi tells her not to worry for her and she doesn't want to affect Soni's health because of her. She tells Soni that she has to go meet Shabd and that she'll tell everything to Shabd. Soni ask why she didn't tell anything to Shabd yet and Mahi tells her that she hopes today everything becomes normal and everyone would believe her. Mahi asks Soni to pray for her and that everything becomes fine.
Mahi goes to the hotel and she sees the room number 203 where Angad called her. Then she goes to room 205 where Shabd calls her. She goes in and she calls for Shabd but Angad comes in through the door and closes the door behind him. She is shocked to see him and Angad tells her not to be shocked. He tells her that finally she is here to see her love and Mahi tells him she is not here to see him. She is about to leave when he grabs her and throws her on the bed. Mahi is scared and Angad warns her not to make him goes mad as he don't like yelling at her. Mahi gets up and covers herself with veil while. Angad tells her that he was waiting for this moment for such a long time, and finally it's here but Mahi is not saying anything. He tells her that he tried telling her so many times about his love, but she never understood. He grabs her and tells her that finally she is with him. Mahi is scared seeing his reaction.
Soni is on bed as she is not feeling well. She asks herself why does she feels weak. Meanwhile, Angad tells Mahi that he loves her a lot and he tried getting close to her for a long time, but she always went away from him. He tells her that he knew that she will come to meet him but Mahi is crying in the room and tells him that she came to see Shabd here. Agand asks what is she talking about and he shows her a little piece of paper in which it said to meet her in this room half an hour early. Mahi says she didn't write anything like this and he asks her who did. To their surprise, a voice comes from behind and says that he called him and it's turns out to be Shabd. He tells her he is the one who wrote this paper and also sent the message to both of them because he had doubts when his own sister started accusing his wife. He tells Angad that he did that to find out the truth about him. He tells Angad that he knows Mahi better than anyone and when Kamya told him that Mahi is after Angad, he couldn't believe it. Shabd then adds that he started to keep an eye on Angad and whatever he did today was to find out the truth. Angad who continues manipulating Kamya’s family into seeing him as noble is surprise and he, however, does not know what is in store for him when Kamya, Jeet, Mohini, Shabd's uncle and aunt are also there. Kamya who finally open her eyes then walks over to Angad and gives Angad a tight slap across his face! She tells him that he misused her as she was madly in love with him and he never cared for her.
