FRIDAY UPDATE ON MY LOST HOME
Jyoti bring the phone book to Soni's room that she found it laying on the table in Jeet's room and that Jeet is unnecessary trouble her as he has become an absence mind as their father. Jyoti then takes the food tray in front of Soni in order to get her hot breakfast as she can not eat cold food in her condition. Jeet apologize to his mother for trouble her as he completely forgot that his phone book is in his room, and he leaves. Durga realize that Jeet is not looking for his phone book but he purposely want her to see that Soni have not eaten her breakfast and also understand that he is indirectly taking care of his late brother's wife. Kamya is worried what to wear as Angad will be visiting her house soon. Mahi and Gauri sees and teasing for the same. Later, Mahi, Shabd, Angad and Kamya went to see Jab We Met. They all had a great moments together. Mahi ask Gauri about her mother whereabouts in which Gauri says she has gone to the Mandir. Mahi is thinking how can she go without her. While Shabd is going to the office, he drops Mahi to the mandir temple. Shabd and Mahi went to the mandir and they both pray together. Mahi look around and saw that her mother is not there and is upset. Shabd notices this and ask her the reason why she is looking here and there? Mahi tells him that her mother is not in the mandir as Gauri said that she has gone to the mandir. Shabd ask the priest if he have seen the woman who used to come with them to the mandir. The priest says no that he have not seen her and that it's been a long time since he last saw her. Shabd and Mahi look shocked. Shabd then tells Mahi that her mother behavior is weird this days and that the other day in the morning she claims that she is talking to Soni and when Soni call to talk to her mother as she has talk to her for a long time. Mahi says it means that her mother lie to him too. He says he don't understand why she lie to him. She also says she don't understand why she lie to her and wonders if it's link to what they are searching for. Shabd says only God knows the truth and they have to keep a close watch on her.
At Mahi home, Kamya and Angad were again fighting as Angad saw some pictures of Kamya when she was young. Mahi gets a call and is happy. Mahi tells her mother that a close person is coming and she will be very happy after seeing him/her. Mohini ask whom it's. Mahi says she can't tell her as it's a secret. Mohini try to find out whom she is talking about but Mahi doesn't tell her. Mahi realises that the woman pretending to be her mother is keeping secrets from her. To get to the bottom of the issue, she takes a drastic step to prove that she is faking her identity and bring Mohini sister, but the woman didn't recognize her but after some minutes she did. Mahi is upset and confront her to stop acting now that she is not their mother. The lady tells her that she can recognize some people and some people she can't. Mahi then asks how she have recognize Soni and her and not with whom she had spend her whole life with. Mahi further tells her to leave the house. Aunt Billo tells Mohini ( Soni and Mahi's mother) that the truth has come in front of everyone and that it is good if she don't live in their house.
At Khurana's residence, Soni tells Durga that Shabd called her to come and meet them. Durga grant her the permission to go and tells Jeet to go with Soni. Jeet nearly has an accident with Soni in the car as he is uncomfortable with Soni beside him but both were save. Soni come to Shabd's house and ask why she have call her? Shabd just looks down unable to say anything but Mahi asks Soni to relax that she will come back. Mahi goes to her room where the lady is standing and asks her where she want to go? She adds that Shabd will book the ticket but the lady says she don't want anything and the moment she comes outside the hall, Soni is shocked to see her mother with a bag.
Everybody looks towards Mohini and Soni stands up seeing her. Mohini just looks down and walks forward passing by Soni. Soni is shocked that she ignored her. Soni calls out to her as mother. Mohini stops and Soni asks where is she going?. Shabd watches them. Soni again asks the woman ( Mohini ) who claims to be their mother where is she going but Mahi interrupts her from the back telling Soni to let her go as she is not their mother and is only fooling them. Soni is shocked and turns around. Mohini has tears in her eyes as her own daughter deny her. Soni goes up to her mother, she holds her by the shoulders and asks Mahi if she have gone mad that she is their mother, and she will stay with them and not go anywhere. Soni tells her mother that if Mahi is upset with her then she can come with her as everything is okay in her house now and also promise to keep her very happy. A devastated Mohini just looks down without saying anything. Soni asks why is she not saying anything. Mahi comes closer to them and tells Soni that she won't say anything as she has been lying to them and that it is fully evident that she is not their mother and she can't be their mother. Soni goes to Mahi and insists that the lady is their mother. Mahi who still feels the lady is faking it has tears in her eyes and tells Soni that the woman has deceived them all, and now her truth is in front of everyone. Mahi further tells Soni everything that happened but it is muted. Soni looks at the devastated woman. Mohini ( their mother) wipes her tears, walks towards the door and turns around one last time, and while she is doing that Angad enters from the other door and says hi to everybody with a smile on his face. Everybody look up and somebody enters behind him which is shows from his legs and then his full body. A confused Shabds who can't pick the face calls out to his friend Angad… Angad then tells Shabd that he totally forgot that he told him he is going for some important work and asks if he remember him. Shabd is still confused and Angad introduce him to the man as his dad. Shabd greets him by shaking hands with him and address him as uncle. Angad then tells his dad that the rest are Shabd's family. His dad says namaste to everyone.
Angad tells his dad that he should not just say namaste but he should know who he is saying namaste to. Angad starts introducing them and tells his dad that by now he should know that Shabd is his best friend, he introduce Mahi as Shabd's better half, Soni as Mahi elder's sister and Shabd's lovely sister-in-law, then he introduces Shabd cute uncle and aunt Billo but for them they calls her aunt, he then goes to Kamya and say she is Gobi Ka, he then correct himself that he mean she is Shabd's sister. He further tells his dad that he used to steal Kamya tiffin in their childhood days an she calls him. He then says last but not the least but his dad interrupts Angad before he says anything further and asks for a minute from his son, he is shocked looking at Mohini and Mohini turns around. Angad's dad goes towards the lady ( Mohini) and address her by her real name, Mohini? He asks what she is doing here. Mohini could not says anything but only has tears in her eyes. She looks down, while Mahi, Shabd and Soni are shocked. Everybody is shocked too, Mahi goes up to Angad's dad addressing him as uncle and asks what name did he just say? He points his hand facing to the lady and again says she is Mohini. Mahi asks if he know her? Angad's dad says he definitely know her as he is the doctor that did the treatment on her and that he gave her a new face by doing plastic surgery to the burnt face. Mahi is shocked and both Mahi and Soni have tears in their eyes and everybody is shocked with this great news. Angad's dad asks Mohini if she remember him, he tell her that he is her doctor Khulwant Kholi, he again asks if she didn't recognise him? Mohini then nods her head.
Back at Khurana's residence, while Durga and Mr. Khurana are having tea together in their room. Parmeet comes to them and takes blessings of both of them, he then asks the two if they can please give him blessing and permission to go back to Canada. Durga and Mr. Khurana are shocked to hear this. Durga asks what happened addressing him as her son-in-law that they thought he will stay with them and it looks like they have made a mistake. A change Durga folds her hands in front of him and says if they have made any mistakes then to please forgive them. Parmeet tells her not to make him get sins by folding her hands in front of him and asks that can a child ever be angry with their mother? Durga then asks why is he leaving them. Mr. Khurana lovely calls him his son-in-law and remind him that he have helped all of them through the sorrow. Parmeet says for him coming to their house, he have got parents and a whole families love but there is someone that does not want him here and he don't want anybody to be troubled because of him. Durga and Mr. Khurana look at each other. Parmeet says this is why he have decided to go back to Canada after they come back from Amritsar. Just then Jyoti comes there. Parmeet turns and sees her. Durga also looks down. Parmeet leaves the room. Jyoti asks her mother what happened? Durga asks Jyoti to first tell her something true and asks if she will or won't she? Jyoti nods her head. Durga asks why does her son-in-law all of sudden want to go back to Canada? Jyoti looks down without saying anything. Durga asks if something has happened between them? Jyoti also asks her mother if somebody has said something to her. Her dad, Mr Khurana says that to find out things the kids don't have to say something and asks her to tell them what the problem is. Durga tells Jyoti that she and her dad have seen it so many times that she don't talk properly with Parmeet, but he still smiles without any complains and he keeps doing things that are good for the family. She advice her that people who are lucky get a husband like that and asks why is she destroying her happiness. She adds that she will never find a husband like that in the world and further tells Jyoti that they should think with the heart sometimes, she asks her to go and stop Parmeet, and her happiness. She tells her to go quickly before her happiness go out of her hand and she will just regret all her life. Jyoti agrees with her mother. Durga praises her that she is her girl and by trying, the worse matters can be sorted and they both will sort out the differences by giving each other time. Mr. Khurana also adds that her mother has said absolutely the right thing. He too advice her to give time to each other and things will be sorted out between them and the best way to do this is to go somewhere far and eat together. Durga asks if she will go? Jyoti says yes she will go.
Shabd, his uncle, aunt, Angad and his dad and all the entire family are sitting together. Shabd tells his friend dad ( doctor ) that they had left any hope of anybody left from Mahi's family as the police had also told them and asks the doctor where did he find her. The doctor says he still remember that horrible day and a flashback is shows of what happenend that day as all the cars are rushed into the hospital, everybody is taken out by the ward boys and taken in the hospital. The doctor further says there was so much happening in the hospital that day when so many people were brought in as most people had died at the spot. The people that had a bit of life were being treated by all the hospital staff. They all tried so hard but all their tries were going in vain. The people were so burnt, that one after the other were dieing and the doctors on duty could not do anything but just look at them. Then that was when he heard somebody trying to breath, he moved towards the noise and took the cloth from the body's face, she was a lady with the face fully burnt, but she still had some life left in her. So, he had to keep her alive and he had to take her to the operation theatre fast. He ran out straight to get a ward boy but could not find one around, he then heard someone say to another person asking are the people who were in the bomb blast dead? The other guy said mostly all of them are dead and the third person said it is obvious they all will die in this moment and they have to die so nobody find out it was them who did it. The second person said there were 8 in the blast and they can't find one and then the first person says it is obvious that person is alive. The third person says if that person is in the hospital then they have to look all over the hospital thoroughly. The doctor then says after listening to their talks, he understands that keeping the burnt body in the hospital was dangerous. He finally says this is why he took the totally burnt body to his place and that patient was her and points at Mohini. Mahi and Soni are in tears, while the doctor says it is obvious she did not know her name then but he just did what a doctor should have to do. When she was welI then he took help of plastic surgery and gave her this face as that trauma had badly affected her memory and he did not know how she remember her name. Sometimes in emotion she would say names such as Mahi, Soni, prince like that. He also know that in that bomb blast her whole family died but still he tried very hard to find her some relative so that she does not feel lonely and there was more chance of memory coming back while staying with close ones. One day he don't know where she disappeared to and after that he have found her here with them. Mohini is in tears. He says he is very happy she is amongst good people. She says she always knew that this question will always rise that who she is? And then she would have to prove that she is Mohini, she get up while saying that this is why she used to leave the house without telling anybody, to prove herself. The questions that upset them upset her as well and this is why she used to be at many places. She tells the doctor that she tried finding him so much, but now to help her God has got him in front of her. The doctor tells Mohini that he is very hapy to see her in a better state than before and advice her not to stop trying as he is sure she will find someone that knows her someday. Mahi got up and tells the doctor that she does not need to find her own again because they are her own and reveal to the doctor that she is their mother. The doctor looks shocked. Mahi further says she will also stay with them. The doctor happily tells his son to look at the happiness of the time and asks if he see it. Angad says yes dad. Shabd gets up and says everything has happened like God wanted it. Jeet walks in from the back. Shabd thank the doctor. Soni tells Mahi if the doctor had not come on time then they would have lost their mother again. Mahi who is in tears nods. Soni tells her to apologies to their mother. Mahi turns, she folds her hands in front everyone and happily calls her mother that she have made a very big mistake, she asks her to please forgive her. They are all crying and hugging each other. Everybody is extremely happy and they all have a beautiful smile on their face.
Parmeet and Jyoti are at a restaurant that is decorated. Parmeet calls the waiter and says the place is nice or maybe it has become nice after she have come. Jyoti just looks at him and Parmeet says okay. The waiter comes with the menus and Parmeet thank him. Parmeet asks Jyoti if she have been at the restaurant before. She says no but she is coming here for the first time. She looks angry. Parmeet says she is only asking so that she may know what is good here, and asks what will she have. Jyoti tells him to order whatever he want and she gets up. Parmeet asks if she going? She replied that she is coming back. Parmeet just looks at the menu and says they will just order Chinese, as it is their speciality. He think she is back and then lowers the menu and is shocked to see Cherry sitting in a yellow saree looking straight at him.
Cheery says hi that she is sure she weren't expecting her here? Parmeet puts the menu down and asks Cherry how dare she come here and meet him. Cherry tells Parmeet to come on parmeet and asks why is he being so rude as she have just come to talk to him. Parmeet asks what nonsense is she talking about and adds that there is nothing to talk between them. Cherry tells Parmeet that she just came to…but she stops talking because Jyoti comes there. She looks up at her while Jyoti angrily asks what is she doing here. Parmeet says that is what he is asking her and God knows where she has come from. Jyoti tells Cherry to have some shame in her and asks if she have sold that as well. After doing so much bad with them and asks how did she dare to come in front of them. Cherry just looks at her and lie that she just came to say hello. Parmeet angrily gets up and asks Cherry if she is going from here or not? He points out that he have come here to have dinner with his wife in peace and not to…. Cherry puts her hand up to stop him and says that's it. Cherry says that's enough and he don't need to scream as she is going from here. Parmeet tells her to get lost from here as that's what's good for her. Jyoti tells Parmeet that Cherry is going and not to take the matter longer. Parmeet says okay. Cherry points out that he is good slavery of his wife and being good to his in-laws and that she will also see how long he will put up with it all. Cherry walks out.
Everybody is having dinner in Sareen house and looking so happy. Shabd asks the doctor if he can say one thing, and like him Angad has something good about him and as soon as they both enter somewhere all the tension runs in the sky. The doctor says saying about him is okay but what has he done, as his son is number one prank star and people get fed up from him. Angad asks his dad, what did he just say. Shabd tells the doctor that's the lovely fact about him and as soon as he comes the whole atmosphere becomes lighter, otherwise they had forgotten to smile for a period. Angad tells his dad if he sees that. Shabd says he always says something that makes them feel better and the whole atmosphere changes. Angad stops Shabd not to say so much but Shabd hits him one and says it's not enough.
Kamya asks Shabd what is he doing that it will hurt him and asks Angad if it's not hurting? Angad tells Kamya that men don't get pain. Kamya slaps him hard on the back. Angad asks what is she saying and then asks what was he saying, he then says Shabd killed him by praising him. Shabd asks the doctor if he see that and the doctor says he is looking at him. Kamya feeds Angad a spoon and he nods his dad at his dad. The doctor tell his son that he have a good fan club open here, but to remember one thing that he get all the credit for it. Shabd's uncle asks how is that? The doctor says he kept on telling him to come here every day and night and it's good he has and now he think his motive will come true soon, for the reason he sent him here. Angad begs his dad but the doctor says there's nothing to hids. Angad then says back he is not telling him to hide it, and plead with his dad to make them understand nicely, lovingly and not the clinical description way but to give a romantic description. Angads' dad says he can't talk all swetty like he do, but he will say it in straight forward words and that he want this naughty boy to get settled down. Angad and Kamya blushingly look down. The doctor further says that today if his mother was alive then he would have been married ages ago and tells Shabd's uncle that he know how it is when there is no women in the house addressing Shabd's uncle as brother who in return says, he said absolutely correct. The doctor says he can't wait for him to get married and then a daughter-in-law to comes in the house, as their house will become a home too. Shabd asks if this free bird will be ready to stay in a cage. Angad says he will have to, when they all will look at him like this then he have to understand. He then asks what can he do on his own and the most he can do is find his own girl. The doctor laughs over it. Angad says he is waiting for someone to ask him what his choice is and asks his dad if he can say it. The doctor tells him to go ahead and say it. Angad reminds them that he have told them all before but it doesn't matter as he will tell them again and just when Angad is about to get up, Shabd stops him, and him to sit down and say it. Angad sits back down again, while Mahi is just giving everybody food. Angad then sit down and tell everyone that a girl should be totally Hindustani, without any mixture. He point to Mahi as an example. Mahi looks at him shocked hearing this. Angad says Mahi takes so much care of her husband uncle and aunt and tat he want a totally Sanskari girl like her and asks Shabd if he will find her. Shabd assured him that he ( Angad ) can find her but he need to make a personality like him ( Shabd ). Everybody laughs at that. Mahi looks at Angad laughing and just looks away, as she did not like what he said about her. The doctor then tells Mohini he would like to give her a responsibility to find his Angad a nice girl. Mohini asks him not to worry doctor after what he have done for her, in fornt of that this is a very small job and she is not on her own now, as Billo is with her as well. Aunt Billo says she will line up the best girls for their Angad. The doctor then says he have no worries left. Mohini blunt out that she have a girl in mind. Kamya looks up at that. The doctor then begs her do something about it. Mohini says she will definitely do that and Kamya shyly looks down.
Later that night while Soni is sitting in the main hall, Durga comes up to her and asks why is she still awake, she tells her that she should be sleeping early in this condition or her health will get bad. Soni says she is okay but she is just waiting for Jyoti and Parmeet to come back so she can open the door for them. Durga tells her not to worry that she will open the door to them and asks her to go to sleep. Soni refuses that she is okay as they will just be coming and she is not tired. She tells her mother-in-law to go to sleep. Durga agrees that she will go and asks her to take care of herself. Durga goes up to sleep. While Soni is knitting, Jeet is switching all the lights off. He then sees Soni and checks the time. He just looks at her while Soni is busy knitting. He turns and walks down the stairs to Soni, calling out to her and asks why she have not slept yet. Soni says she is waiting to open the door for Parmeet and Jyoti. Jeet sits on the sofa as well and says it won't look nice if she open the door at this hour in the night, and asks her to go to sleep. Soni decline that it's okay and that she is not sleepy. Jeet is nervous and somehow starts a conversation with her, he says it's good everything is cleared about her mother. Soni says she never doubted her in the frst place. Jeet says it's in her habit not to doubt anybody, but the world does not work with emotions, as they won't proof for everything and that it's good nobody can point fingers at her mother. Soni says yes, but she is hoping that once her mental state gets better, then things will be okay. Jeet tells Soni that he is very happy for her and Mahi, that they have got their mother back. Just then the bell rings, Jeets gets up to open the door and is happy to see Parmeet and Jyoti at the door. They smile at him and walk in. Parmeet asks Soni while she is awake as well at this time. Jeet looks at Soni and then says she is been waiting for them since ages. Parmeet thanks Soni and apologize to her that she had to stay awake for them. Soni nods her head saying it's okay as she was not tired so she was just sitting.
The next morning in Mohini's room where she is praying for something and Mahi walks in to her room. Mahi puts her scarf on her head as well and Mohini finishes praying. Mohini puts the book aside and sees Mahi, she smiles at her and calls out to her daughter name. Mahi looks away guilty, Soni gets up and goes towards her. Mohini asks what happened. Mahi has tears in her eyes and again folds her hand in front of her mother, she asks her mother to please forgive her and unknowingly she have hurt her heart so much. She tells her to believe her that she did not know she was their mother and Soni kept on telling her that she is their mother but she don't know why she could not believe it. She asks if she will forgive her? She then tells her to please forgive him. Mohini puts her hand on hers, she tells her to be quiet now and asks why is she asking for forgiveness and that what ever she did then was right. Mohini then point out that Soni is different as she thinks with her heart and that she ( Mahi ) being understanding brought her in the house as that day she thought with her heart and asks didn't she?. Mohini adds that if she would not have bought her in the house then this day would have never come in her life, as she supported her then when the whole family was against her (referring to herself) and that she brought her in this house, gave her respect, gave her this house, listened to her and did things for her. She finally says for gods sake to please not blame herself and to stop punishing herself for what happened in the past. Mahi smiles at this and asks her mother if she know she just miss these sort of talks she used to do, and that sometimes she used to feel so alone without her as she was very lonely without her. Mohini tells her that her mothet is here now and she don't need to worry. Mahi asks if she won't leave them alone again? She tells her mother not to ever leave her. They hug each other. Mohini promise that she will never ever leave her again. They cry more and hugs each other.
The sun is shining in the sky and Kamya is talking to someone. Gauri calls Kamya that is may time. Kamya gets up and repeats after her, saying Kamya sister repeatedly. Kamya then asks what is it. Gauri says there's somebody on the phone for her. Kamya asks who is it that is disturbing her. Gauri says it's Angad. On hearing his name, Kamya get happy and runs asking why didn't she tell her before. She runs out and Shabd is about to tell her to calm down but she ran before Shabd smiles looking at her so happy. Shabd tells his mother-in-law to tell him one thing if she is also thinking what he is thinking. Mohini asks if that is something to think about. Shabd's uncle says it is something to understand. Aunt Billo agrees that the matter is very sweet and comment that they make a good couple. Mohini agrees too that when everybody has the same thoughts then they have to do something, and points out that as the doctor has already told her to find Angad a nice girl, and suggest why don't they talk about Kamya and Angad. Aunt Billo says definitely. Shabd says he think that they shoud do something. He turns to Mahi who is in her own world, Shabd asks why she is very quiet and what did she think Angad and his sister. He adds that he think what everybody else thinks, but he think they should speak to kamya once. Aunt Billo agrees that asking her is the most important thing to do.
Kamya is in the centre and Shabd is asking her about Angad but she's not saying anything. Shabd says they are not forcing her but if she don't like him then they won't tell him about it. Kamya screamed, scaring everyone that she like him and that she like him a lot. Angad stood there confused, while everybody is standing there shocked and then smile. Kamya says a mad girl would not like a boy like Angad and that she have been dieing since ages for someone to talk about their relation. Shabd who is scared with her scream says omg. Kamya tell Shabd that he took him centuries to ask her this as she started thinking he don't care about her. Shabd asks his sister if she is sure that she is ready for this. Kamya asks him if he want her to write it for him. Mahi starts laughing at both brother and sister. Kamya assures him that she is totally ready and that she would say to get her married today, she then correct himself that she mean to get her married now. Shabd says okay with a gosh. Aunt Billo goes up to Kamya and pulls her cheak jokingly taunting her that Kamya could have lied a bit and got a bit shy and says what a world these days are. Kamya asks her what is she saying? She tells her aunt that by getting shy, a good proposal may go out of her hand. Aunt Billo is so shocked in the face, while Kamya goes on to asks her aunt which generation is she talking about? She asks why will she be shy from her and remind her that she is her own ones. Shabd smile listening to this. Kamya asks what did Angad say? Shabd says they still need to do that. Kamya is shocked and asks if he have not spoken to him yet. She then says what will happen by her saying yes or no and that Angad's yes is more important. Shabd asks what is in that, he promise his sister that they will ask him and he won't say no. Kamya says they will find that out after asking him, and if he says yes or no, he know what it is mean and they both are really good friends, they have so much jokes together, sometimes she think he likes her a lot, then sometimes she think he does not like me and now nobody knows how he will react after hearing about her and him, whether he will say yes or no. Shabd goes to Kamya and turns her around, he says he know he won't refuse her and that she is his lovely sister and if that mad guy says no then he will make him say yes. He reminds her that he is his childhood friend and he have that much right on him. His uncle agrees with Shabd that he is right, and by being friends he have a right and being a brother he have some duties, and that right is when there will be mix and match. Everybody laugh together while Mahi stands far and says to herself that everybody likes Angad so much, everybody is very happy about Kamya future relationship with Angad, but she wonders why she is not happy? She asks herself why did she feel as if, something is wrong after being right. She further asks herself what is in Angad that she feel is wrong.
