Vahini Saheb interacts with Gangadhar Rao in the temple and concludes that he is not a bad person as perceived by everyone. Bajirao gets furious with Vahini Saheb when she praises Gangadhar Rao.
Moropant reveals to Vahini Saheb about Gangadhar Rao's wish to marry Manu. She is extremely glad to hear the news. Hhowever, her happiness is cut short when she is told that Bajirao has already rejected the proposal.
Next day, Bajirao explains to Vahini Saheb that he rejected Gangadhar Rao as he is characterless. However, Vahini Saheb succeeds in changing Bajirao's view of Gangadhar Rao.
Will Bajirao speak with Gangadhar Rao?
Moropant recalls Panditji's prediction that Manu will become a queen. He decides to speak with Bajirao but stops himself.
Manu is disappointed and apprehensive about the decisions being made about her future. She fears she will become Gangadhar Rao's servant and hence has objections about going to Jhansi. She is in tears as neither Moropant nor Bajirao seem to care about her. Manu is yet to realize that she will not be a servant at Jhansi but the queen.
How will Manu react when she finds out that her marriage is to marry Gangadhar Rao?
Vahini Saheb breaks the news to Manu that she is engaged to marry Gangadhar Rao and become the queen of Jhansi.
Meanwhile, Moropant informs Tatyaji and Panditji that Bajirao has accepted Gangadhar Rao's marriage proposal. When Tatyaguru returns to the palace, Bajirao updates him about Manu's marriage.
The episode takes a dramatic twist when Manu refuses to marry Gangadhar Rao; accusing him of being cruel. Moropant tries his best to convince her but she does not listen. Meanwhile, Gangadhar Rao is informed about Bajirao's green signal for the marriage.
